Description
本発明の利点は、内燃機関が非常にコンパクトになり、不必要な配管をしないで熱伝達を非常に効果的に行うことができる点にある。
本発明の別の実施形態では、チャネルにオリフィス装置および/またはスロットル装置が挿入される。これらの要素(コンポーネント)を使用することで個々のシリンダーユニットに供給される排気ガスの量を個別に調整できる。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダーブロックと、少なくとも1つのEGRクーラー(2)と、この少なくとも1つのEGRクーラー(2)を受け入れるための少なくとも1つの平らなフランジ面と、EGRクーラー(2)への少なくとも1つの冷却液入口と、EGRクーラー(2)からの少なくとも1つの冷却液出口(8)と、EGRクーラー(2)への少なくとも1つの排気ガス入口と、EGRクーラー(2)からの少なくとも1つの排気ガスダクトと、少なくとも1つの内部冷却セクションとして機能するクーラーカセット(3)とを有するクランクケース(1)とシリンダーヘッドとを備えた内燃機関であって、
排気ガスの流れ方向で上記クーラーカセット(3)の前方に入口コネクタ(5)が配置され、上記クーラーカセット(3)の後方に出口コネクタ(8)が配置され、
上記入口コネクタ(5)および上記出口コネクタ(8)にはそれぞれ鋳造フィン(6)が設けられ、これらの鋳造フィン(6)に対向してクランクケース(1)の鋳造リブ(7)が配置され、鋳造フィン(6)と鋳造リブ(7)の間に隙間が形成され、冷却水を運ぶEGRクーラー(2)の領域で冷却水の流速に影響が与えられる、
ことを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 上記クーラーカセット(3)が乱流発生器を有する請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 平らなフランジ面が、EGRクーラー(2)を受け入れるためにクランクケース(1)の長手方向側に配置されている請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- 鋳造フィン(6)および鋳造リブ(7)がEGRクーラー(2)とクランクケース(1)との間でダイヤフラムおよび/またはスロットル装置として機能する請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- クランクケース(1)の鋳造リブ(7)がEGRクーラー(2)の全長にわたって延びている請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- 鋳造フィン(6)と鋳造リブ(7)の間のギャップ幅の公差に関連する変動がクランクケース側の鋳造リブ(7)の機械加工によってのみ生じる請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の製造方法。
