Claims (15)
- 交流磁場の影響下でエアロゾル形成基体を誘導的に加熱するためのサセプタ組立品であって、第一のサセプタ材料を含む第一のサセプタおよび第二のサセプタ材料を含む第二のサセプタを備え、前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料が、室温で開始する前記サセプタ組立品の予熱中に、前記サセプタ組立品の抵抗対温度プロファイルが、前記第二のサセプタ材料のキュリー温度付近の摂氏±5度の温度範囲で抵抗の最小値を有するように選択される、サセプタ組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料が、摂氏350度未満のキュリー温度を有する、請求項1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタ材料が、正の抵抗温度係数を有し、前記第二のサセプタ材料が、負の抵抗温度係数を有する、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタが、ミューメタルまたはパーマロイのうちの一つを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタ材料が、導電性および/または常磁性、強磁性もしくはフェリ磁性のうちの一つである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタ材料が、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、銅、青銅、コバルト、普通炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼、フェライト系ステンレス鋼、マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼、またはオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼のうちの一つを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタおよび前記第二のサセプタが、相互に密接な物理的接触をしている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタ、または前記第二のサセプタ、またはその両方の前記第一および前記第二のサセプタが、粒子状サセプタ、またはサセプタフィラメント、またはサセプタメッシュ、またはサセプタウィック、またはサセプタピン、またはサセプタロッド、またはサセプタブレード、またはサセプタ細片、またはサセプタスリーブ、またはサセプタカップ、または円筒形サセプタ、または平面サセプタのうちの一つである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 交流磁場の影響下で、前記エアロゾル形成基体を誘導的に加熱するための、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル形成基体およびサセプタ組立品を備える、エアロゾル発生物品。
- エアロゾル形成基体を所定の動作温度に誘導的に加熱するように構成された誘導加熱組立品であって、
- 交流電磁場を発生させるように構成された誘導源と、
- 前記誘導源によって発生した前記交流磁場の影響下で、前記エアロゾル形成基体を誘導的に加熱するための、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品と、を備える、加熱組立品。 - 前記誘導源に動作可能に接続され、前記誘導源の動作を制御するように構成されたコントローラをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記コントローラが、前記動作温度に向けた前記加熱組立品の加熱中に、前記サセプタ組立品の抵抗の最小値を示す見かけの抵抗の前記最小値を決定するように構成される、請求項11に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料が、前記動作温度より少なくとも摂氏20度下のキュリー温度を有する、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- エアロゾル形成基体を加熱することによってエアロゾルを発生させるためのエアロゾル発生装置であって、
- 加熱される前記エアロゾル形成基体を受容するための受容くぼみと、
- 前記受容くぼみ内の前記エアロゾル形成基体を誘導的に加熱するための、請求項
10~13のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱組立品と、を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。 - エアロゾル発生装置と、前記エアロゾル発生装置と併用するためのエアロゾル発生物品とを備えるエアロゾル発生システムであって、前記システムが、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱組立品を備え、前記加熱組立品の前記誘導源が、前記エアロゾル発生の一部であり、前記サセプタ組立品の前記第一のサセプタが、前記エアロゾル発生物品の一部であり、前記サセプタ組立品の前記第二のサセプタが、前記エアロゾル発生物品の一部、または前記エアロゾル発生装置の一部である、エアロゾル発生システム。
