Claims (4)
- プラントの運転データを入力する入力部と、入力した運転データを記憶するデータベースとプログラムを実行する演算部とを備える計算機とから構成されたプラント運転データ監視装置であって、
前記演算部は、入力した運転データを第1のデータベースに時系列に記憶し、記憶した運転データのピーク値である極大値と極小値を検出し、連続する極大値と極小値の組み合わせについて、その間の時間と値の差から運転データの傾きを正負ごとに求めて正負ごとの第2のデータベースに時系列に記憶し、正負の傾きの異常判定するための閾値を決定して、正負の傾きのそれぞれを正常値と異常値に区別して正負ごとの前記第2のデータベースに追加記憶するとともに、
前記異常判定するための閾値は、正負の傾きごとに相違する閾値とされていることを特徴とするプラント運転データ監視装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプラント運転データ監視装置であって、
前記異常判定するための閾値は、正負の傾きのそれぞれについて複数段の閾値が設置されていることを特徴とするプラント運転データ監視装置。 - 請求項2に記載のプラント運転データ監視装置であって、
第1段閾値を超過した後により大きな閾値の第2段閾値を超過する時間的な傾向を示すことを確認することにより、異常が進展したことを判断することを特徴とするプラント運転データ監視装置。 - プラントの運転データを入力し、入力した運転データを用いてプラントの異常を監視するプラント運転データ監視方法であって、
入力した運転データを時系列に記憶し、記憶した運転データのピーク値である極大値と極小値を検出し、連続する極大値と極小値の組み合わせについて、その間の時間と値の差から運転データの傾きを正負ごとに求めて時系列に記憶し、正負の傾きのそれぞれについて異常判定するための閾値を決定して、正負の傾きのそれぞれを正常値と異常値に区別して正負ごとに記憶するとともに、
前記異常判定するための閾値は、正負の傾きごとに相違する閾値とされていることを特徴とするプラント運転データ監視方法。
