Description
前記スリンガを、内径側と外径側が内向きに屈曲したものにして内径側屈曲部を前記内輪の外周に圧入し、外径側屈曲部と前記外輪の内径面との間に、軸受の軸方向経路長さがスリンガの素材厚みよりも長いラビリンス部を形成した。
1)前記シール部材が芯金に補強されたゴムシールであり、そのゴムシールは、外側面に軸受の軸方向に突出するサイドリップを有し、そのサイドリップは、先端が前記スリンガの外径側屈曲部の内側に入り込んでおり、そのサイドリップと前記スリンガの主体部の内側面との間にラビリンス部が形成されたもの。
2)前記サイドリップに型抜きテーパが付され、そのサイドリップの内径側の面と外径側の面が軸受の軸心と平行な基準線に対して相反する向きに傾いているもの。
3)前記シール部材が、前記サイドリップを径方向に位置を変えて複数備えたもの。
4)前記スリンガがプレス成形品であるもの。
5)前記スリンガが冷間圧延材で形成されたもの。

Claims (4)
- 内輪(2)と外輪(3)間に、転動体設置領域(8)を封止するシール部材(6)を配置し、さらに、前記転動体設置領域(8)の両側にそれぞれ設けられた前記シール部材(6)の外側に、軸受幅の中に納まるサイズのスリンガ(7)を内輪(8)で支持して設け、そのスリンガ(7)で、外部の飛散泥水等の軸受内部への入り込みを防ぐようにしたシール付き転がり軸受であって、
前記スリンガ(7)を、内径側と外径側が内向きに屈曲したものにして内径側屈曲部(7b)を前記内輪(2)の外周に圧入し、外径側屈曲部(7c)と前記外輪(3)の内径面との間に、軸受の軸方向経路長さがスリンガ(7)の素材厚み(t)よりも長いラビリンス部(9)を形成し、
前記シール部材(6)が芯金(6a)に補強されたゴムシールであり、そのゴムシールは、外側面に軸受の軸方向に突出するサイドリップ(6b)を有し、そのサイドリップ(6b)は、先端が前記スリンガ(7)の外径側屈曲部(7c)の内側に入り込んでおり、そのサイドリップ(6b)と前記スリンガ(7)の主体部(7a)の内側面との間にラビリンス部(11)が形成されており、
前記サイドリップ(6b)に型抜きテーパ(α、β)が付され、そのサイドリップ(6b)の内径側の面と外径側の面が軸受の軸心と平行な基準線(L1、L2)に対して前記サイドリップ(6b)がその突出する方向に先細りするように相反する向きに傾いており、
外径側の前記型抜きテーパ(α)の面の傾き角が、内径側の前記型抜きテーパ(β)の面の傾き角よりも小さいシール付き転がり軸受。 - 前記シール部材(6)が、前記サイドリップ(6b)を径方向に位置を変えて複数備える請求項1に記載のシール付き転がり軸受。
- 前記スリンガ(7)がプレス成形品である請求項1または2に記載のシール付き転がり軸受。
- 前記スリンガ(7)が冷間圧延材で形成された請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のシール付き転がり軸受。
