Claims (3)
- 水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、及び炭酸水素ナトリウムから選択される1以上を用いた0.045~0.45Mのアルカリ水溶液を入れた槽にバガスを1~28日間浸漬させてアルカリ処理し、
アルカリ処理したバガスを流動キャビテーション処理し、
流動キャビテーション処理したバガスを酵素糖化することを特徴とする
バガスの糖化方法。 - アルカリ水溶液が酸化剤を含んでいる請求項1に記載の糖化方法。
- 水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、及び炭酸水素ナトリウムから選択される1以上を用いた0.045~0.18Mのアルカリ水溶液を入れた槽にバガスを1~28日間浸漬させてアルカリ処理し、
図5の斜線で示した領域に入るようにPass数を調整した条件で流動キャビテーション処理し、
流動キャビテーション処理したバガスを酵素糖化することを特徴とする
バガスの糖化方法。
