Description
アクチュエータは、車両のシフトバイワイヤシステムの駆動部として用いられている。
先ず、シフトバイワイヤシステムの構成について図1および図2を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、シフトバイワイヤシステム11は、変速機12のシフトレンジを指令するシフト操作装置13と、変速機12のシフトレンジ切替機構14を作動させるアクチュエータ10とを備える。アクチュエータ10は、モータ30等を含む作動部15と、シフトレンジの指令信号に応じてモータ30の通電を制御する制御部16とを備える。
次に、アクチュエータ10の構成について説明する。図3に示すように、アクチュエータ10は、ハウジング19内に作動部15および制御部16を備える機電一体型のアクチュエータである。
次に、モータ30の支持構造および制御部16の固定構造について説明する。以降、モータ30の径方向のことを単に「径方向」と記載し、また、モータ30の周方向のことを単に「周方向」と記載する。
以上説明したように、第1実施形態では、アクチュエータ10は、ステータ31と、ステータ31に対して回転可能なロータ32と、ロータ32の回転軸33を回転可能に支持するロータ支持部としてのアッパーケース部61と、ステータ31の通電を制御する制御部16と、制御部16が固定されている制御固定部としてのカバー67と、アッパーケース部61とカバー67との間の振動伝達を抑制する振動伝達抑制部としてのシール部材95とを備える。
第2実施形態では、図5に示すように、制御基板71は、制御部空間91内でアッパーケース部101の隔壁部65に固定部105により固定されている。固定部105は、例えばかしめ部、ねじ締結部、接着部またはプレスフィット部などから構成される。アッパーケース部101は、制御固定部に相当する。
他の実施形態では、振動伝達抑制部は、シール部材とは別の部材であってもよい。また、振動伝達抑制部は、金属製や樹脂製などのばねから構成されてもよいし、ダンパーから構成されてもよい。また、振動伝達抑制部は、1つの環状部材に限らず、周方向に沿って点在するように形成され、複数設けられてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 車両のシフトバイワイヤシステム(11)に用いられ、モータ(30)を含む作動部(15)と制御部(16)とが一体に設けられた機電一体型の回転式アクチュエータであって、
軸方向の全範囲がケース(60)の筒状部に収容されたステータ(31)と、
前記ステータの内側に設けられ、前記ステータに対して回転可能なロータ(32)と、
前記ステータを収容している前記ケースの一部であり、前記ロータの回転軸(33)を回転可能に支持するロータ支持部(61)と、
前記ステータの通電を制御する前記制御部と、
前記ロータ支持部との間に前記制御部を収容する空間(91)を区画しているカバーであり、前記制御部が固定されている制御固定部(67)と、
前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部との間に前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部とを接触させないように設けられ、前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部との間で前記ロータの振動の伝達を抑制する振動伝達抑制部(95)と、
を備える回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記制御部は、前記ステータのターミナル(93)に接続するコネクタ(94)を有し、
前記ターミナルの前記コネクタへの挿入方向は、前記制御固定部の前記ロータ支持部への組付け方向と同じである請求項1に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 車両のシフトバイワイヤシステム(11)に用いられ、モータ(30)を含む作動部(15)と制御部(16)とが一体に設けられた機電一体型の回転式アクチュエータであって、
軸方向の全範囲がケース(60)の筒状部に収容されたステータ(31)と、
前記ステータの内側に設けられ、前記ステータに対して回転可能なロータ(32)と、
前記ステータの通電を制御する前記制御部と、
前記ステータを収容している前記ケースの一部であり、前記制御部が固定されている制御固定部(101)と、
前記制御固定部との間に前記制御部を収容する空間を区画しているカバーであり、前記ロータの回転軸(33)を回転可能に支持するロータ支持部(102)と、
前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部との間に前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部とを接触させないように設けられ、前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部との間で前記ロータの振動の伝達を抑制する振動伝達抑制部(95)と、
を備える回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記制御部は、前記回転軸が貫通する通孔(104)を有する請求項3に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動伝達抑制部は、弾性体であり、前記ロータ支持部と前記制御固定部との間の空間の気密を確保するシール部材である請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
