Claims (15)
- 注射用薬剤(50)の容器(100)であって:
長手方向軸(z)に沿って延びる管形側壁(102)を有し遠位端(103)および近位端(104)を有する細長い本体(101)と、
遠位端(103)にある出口(116)と、
細長い本体(101)の内側に配置され、管形側壁(102)と封止係合され、管形側壁(102)に対して長手方向軸(z)に沿って摺動可能である栓(110)と、
注射用薬剤(50)を受けるための内部容積部(109)であって、管形側壁(102)によって、出口(116)によって、および栓(110)によって範囲が制限されている内部容積部と、
栓(110)の中または上に配置された測定装置(120)とを含み、該測定装置(120)は:
測定信号(S1)を内部容積部(109)の中へ、または該内部容積部を経由して発するように構成された信号発生器(122)であり、測定信号(S1)は管形側壁(102)、出口(116)、または栓(110)の少なくとも1つの共振を刺激または励振することができる、信号発生器と、
測定信号(S1)と、管形側壁(102)、出口(116)、または栓(110)のうちの少なくとも1つとの共振相互作用を示すフィードバック信号(F1)を検出するように構成された信号検出器(124)とを含む、前記容器。 - 信号検出器(124)に接続されたプロセッサ(126;226;326)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- プロセッサ(126)は、信号検出器(124)を介して取得可能なフィードバック信号(F1)に基づいて内部容積部(109)のサイズを決定するように構成される、請求項2に記載の容器。
- プロセッサ(126)は信号発生器(122)に接続され、プロセッサ(126)は、測定信号(S1)の発射をトリガするように構成され、プロセッサ(126)は、少なくとも1つの測定信号(S1)を少なくとも1つのフィードバック信号(F1)と比較する
ことに基づいて内部容積部(109)のサイズを決定するように構成される、請求項2または3に記載の容器。 - 測定装置(120)は、内部容積部(109)の初期サイズおよび少なくとも1つのフィードバック信号(F1)の少なくとも一方を記憶するように構成されたデータ記憶装置(128)を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- データを外部電子デバイス(400)と交換するように構成された通信インターフェース(130)をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 周囲の電磁界(EM)から電気エネルギーを引き出すように構成されたアンテナ(134)をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 測定装置(120)は、アンテナ(134)に接続された電気エネルギー貯蔵部(138)を含む、請求項7に記載の容器。
- 信号発生器(122)は、可変周波数の音響測定信号(S1)を発するように構成された音響信号発生器である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 信号発生器(122)は、増加する周波数または低下する周波数の一続きの測定信号(S1)を生成し発するように構成される、請求項9に記載の容器。
- 信号発生器(122)は、超音波周波数範囲の測定信号(S1)を生成し発するように構成された電気機械変換器(136)を含む、請求項9または10に記載の容器。
- 信号検出器(124)は、信号発生器(122)に接続された電気インピーダンス測定回路(125)を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 信号検出器(124)は信号発生器(122)に組み込まれる、または信号検出器(124)は信号発生器(122)の一構成要素である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 信号検出器(124)は、音響信号を電気信号に変換するように構成された変換器を含む音響センサ(127)を含む、請求項9~13のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の容器の内部容積部(109)のサイズを決定する方法であって:
測定信号(S1)を生成し、測定装置(120)から容器(100)の内部容積部(109)の中へ、または該内部容積部を経由して発する工程であり、ここで、測定信号(S1)は管形側壁(102)、出口(116)、または栓(110)の少なくとも1つの共振を刺激または励振することができる、工程と、
測定信号(S1)と、管形側壁(102)、出口(116)、または栓(110)のうちの少なくとも1つとの共振相互作用を示すフィードバック信号(F1)を検出する工程と、
フィードバック信号(F1)に基づいて内部容積部(109)のサイズを決定する工程とを含む、前記方法。
