Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするバスバーフレーム;および
上面部および両側面部で形成され、前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの間で前記電池セル積層体の上面および両側面を囲むように形成された絶縁部材を含み、
前記絶縁部材の前記両側面部は複数の面が折り曲げられて形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁部材の前記両側面部は前記モジュールフレームの両側面と前記電池セル積層体の最外側電池セルの間に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁部材の前記両側面部は弾性材を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記両側面部は前記上面部で下側方向に折り曲げられた後前記モジュールフレームの底面と両側面が接する部分で再び上側方向に折り曲げられ、前記折り曲げが繰り返されて前記両側面部を形成する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下側方向に折り曲げられた部分が一カ所ずつおよび前記上側方向に折り曲げられた部分が二カ所ずつ形成される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の面それぞれは前記電池セル積層体の最外側電池セルと対応する大きさで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の面が折り曲げられる部分には折り曲げ部が形成され、折り曲げ部は前記複数の面と垂直な方向に形成された折り曲げ面を含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁部材の前記上面部と前記両側面部の間にはジャバラ部が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記両側面部は前記バスバーフレームの側面部と接着部材により接合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
