前記ハウジング(1)に形成されたエア供給路(16、67・68、124)であって、前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)、前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)の順で、または、前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)、前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)の順で、各検出弁にエアを供給するエア供給路(16、67・68、124)と、
前記ハウジング(1)に形成されたエア通路(14・15、66、125・126)であって、前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)から前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)へエアを供給するための、または、前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)から前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)へエアを供給するための、前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)と前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)とを直列に連通させるエア通路(14・15、66、125・126)と、
を備え、
前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)および前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)のうちの前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)が、絞り通路(56a、58、70、106、107a、149)を有する絞り付検出弁(13、57、65、122)とされている、

前記絞り付検出弁(13)は、

前記弁体(49)の弁面(53a)に対向する弁座(54a)と、
を備え、
前記弁体(49)のロッド部(50)とは反対側の端部中央に前記絞り通路(56a)が設けられている、

前記弁体(49)は、
端部に前記ロッド部(50)が設けられた弁本体(52)と、
前記弁本体(52)の前記ロッド部(50)とは反対側の端部中央に固定された絞り部材(56)であって、前記絞り通路としての孔(56a)が形成された絞り部材(56)と、

前記絞り付検出弁(57)は、
前記ハウジング(1)に形成された弁室(48)に進退可能に挿入された弁体(49)であって、前記弁室(48)に収容された付勢手段(55)によって付勢される弁体(49)と、
前記弁体(49)の弁面(53a)に対向する弁座(54a)と、
を備え、
前記絞り通路としての孔(58)が前記弁体(49)に形成されている、または前記絞り通路としての溝(70)が前記弁面(53a)若しくは前記弁座(54a)に形成されている、
シリンダ装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかのシリンダ装置において、
前記第1検出弁(64)および前記第2検出弁(65)が、前記ハウジング(1)の下端部に設けられている、
シリンダ装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかのシリンダ装置において、
前記ピストン(5、59、150)の作動状態がロック状態およびリリース状態のときに、前記第1検出弁(12、64、121)および前記第2検出弁(13、57、65、122)のうちの少なくとも1つが閉弁している、
シリンダ装置。
