Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
下面および左右面で形成されて前記電池セル積層体の下面および左右面を覆う第1フレーム;および
上面および前後左右面が一体に形成されて前記電池セル積層体の上面と前後面および前記第1フレームの左右面を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームの左右面は前記電池セル積層体が位置した方向に曲がった弾性部材で形成され、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直になる電池モジュール。 - 前記弾性部材は板スプリングで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2フレームの一面には前記弾性部材の上端を固定する弾性部材固定部が形成され、
前記弾性部材固定部は前記第2フレームの一面から前記電池セル積層体と前記弾性部材の間に突出された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1フレームの左右面下端と前記第2フレームの左右面下端および前記第1フレームの下面前後端と前記第2フレームの前後面下端が溶接結合される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1フレームの左右面下端にはガイドが突出形成され、
前記ガイドと対応する前記第2フレームの左右面下端には前記ガイドが挿入されるガイド挿入部が陥没形成され、
前記ガイドは前記ガイド挿入部に挿入される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1フレームの上面の幅が前記第2フレームの下面の幅より広く形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 下面および弾性を有する左右面で形成された第1フレーム上に電池セル積層体を組み立てる段階;
前記第1フレームの左右面を前記電池セル積層体が位置した方向に縮める段階;
前記第1フレームの左右面が縮められた状態で、上面および前後左右面が一体に形成された第2フレームを、前記電池セル積層体の上面と前後面および前記第1フレームの左右面を覆うように組み立てる段階;および
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームを溶接結合する段階を含み、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直になる、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームはプレス工法で形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームを溶接結合する段階で、前記第1フレームの左右面下端と前記第2フレームの左右面下端および前記第1フレームの下面前後端と前記第2フレームの前後面下端を溶接する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
