Abstract
Description
液化ガス燃料を使用する内燃機関の始動制御装置であって、
燃焼室付近の位置において、ガス化した当該液化ガス燃料のガス濃度を検出するガスセンサと、
前記燃焼室より上流側の位置から下流側の位置にかけて掃気を行うための掃気ポンプと、
前記内燃機関の始動前に前記ガスセンサにより検出された当該ガス濃度が所定のしきい値以上であるとき、前記内燃機関の始動を禁止すると共に前記掃気ポンプを作動させるように構成された制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記掃気ポンプの作動開始から所定時間経過後にEGRバルブを開く、
内燃機関の始動制御装置が提供される。
前記制御ユニットは、前記掃気ポンプの作動開始後に、前記ガスセンサにより検出されたガス濃度が所定のしきい値以下となり、かつ前記追加ガスセンサにより検出されたガス濃度が所定のしきい値以下となったとき、前記内燃機関の始動を許可すると共に前記掃気ポンプを停止させる。
条件1:第1ガスセンサ43により検出されたDMEガス濃度C1が所定のしきい値(第1終了しきい値)C1sL以下である(C1≦C1sL)。
条件2:第2ガスセンサ44により検出されたDMEガス濃度C2が所定のしきい値(第2終了しきい値)C2sL以下である(C2≦C2sL)。

Claims (3)
- 液化ガス燃料を使用する内燃機関の始動制御装置であって、
燃焼室付近の位置において、ガス化した当該液化ガス燃料のガス濃度を検出するガスセンサと、
前記燃焼室より上流側の位置から下流側の位置にかけて掃気を行うための掃気ポンプと、
前記内燃機関の始動前に前記ガスセンサにより検出された当該ガス濃度が所定のしきい値以上であるとき、前記内燃機関の始動を禁止すると共に前記掃気ポンプを作動させるように構成された制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記掃気ポンプの作動開始から所定時間経過後にEGRバルブを開く
内燃機関の始動制御装置。 - 前記ガスセンサは、前記燃焼室より上流側の位置に設けられる
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。 - 前記燃焼室より下流側の位置において、ガス化した前記液化ガス燃料のガス濃度を検出する追加ガスセンサをさらに備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記掃気ポンプの作動開始後に、前記ガスセンサにより検出されたガス濃度が所定のしきい値以下となり、かつ前記追加ガスセンサにより検出されたガス濃度が所定のしきい値以下となったとき、前記内燃機関の始動を許可すると共に前記掃気ポンプを停止させる
請求項2に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。
