Claims (10)
- 充電器に着脱可能に提供される充電コネクタ、バッテリーパック及び前記充電コネクタに接続される電気負荷を含む電気車両のための充電管理装置であって、
前記バッテリーパックの正極端子と前記充電コネクタの第1充電端子との間に接続される第1メインリレーと、
互いに直列で接続されるプリチャージリレー及び抵抗調節回路を備え、前記第1メインリレーに並列で接続される電流調節器と、
前記バッテリーパックの電圧を測定するように構成される電圧センサと、
前記バッテリーパックの電流を測定するように構成される電流センサと、
前記充電コネクタを通じて受信される前記充電器からの充電開始信号に応えて、前記第1メインリレーをターンオフ状態に制御し、前記抵抗調節回路を第1抵抗値に設定し、前記プリチャージリレーをターンオン状態に制御する第1充電プロセスを行うように構成されるコントローラと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1充電プロセスの実行中に測定された電圧及び電流のうち少なくとも一つが第1切換条件を満足したことに応えて、前記第1メインリレーをターンオン状態に制御し、前記プリチャージリレーをターンオフ状態に制御する第2充電プロセスを行い、
前記第2充電プロセスの実行中に測定された電圧及び電流のうち少なくとも一つが第2切換条件を満足したことに応えて、前記抵抗調節回路を前記第1抵抗値と異なる第2抵抗値に設定し、前記プリチャージリレーをターンオン状態に制御し、前記第1メインリレーをターンオフ状態に制御する第3充電プロセスを行うように構成される、充電管理装置。 - 前記抵抗調節回路は、
一端が前記第1充電端子に接続され、前記第1抵抗値を有する第1抵抗素子と、
一端が前記第1充電端子に接続され、前記第2抵抗値を有する第2抵抗素子と、
前記第1抵抗素子と前記プリチャージリレーとの間に接続される第1選択スイッチと、
前記第2抵抗素子と前記プリチャージリレーとの間に接続される第2選択スイッチと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1充電プロセスの実行中に、前記第1選択スイッチをターンオン状態に制御し、前記第2選択スイッチをターンオフ状態に制御し、
前記第3充電プロセスの実行中に、前記第1選択スイッチをターンオフ状態に制御し、前記第2選択スイッチをターンオン状態に制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の充電管理装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記第1充電プロセスの実行中に、前記バッテリーパックの電圧が臨界電圧に到達したことに応えて、前記第1切換条件が満足されたと判断し、
前記第2充電プロセスの実行中に、前記バッテリーパックの電流が臨界電流に到達したことに応えて、前記第2切換条件が満足されたと判断するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の充電管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーパックの負極端子と前記充電コネクタの第2充電端子との間に接続される第2メインリレーをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の充電管理装置。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記第1充電プロセス、前記第2充電プロセス及び前記第3充電プロセスの実行中に、前記第2メインリレーをターンオン状態に制御するように構成される、請求項4に記載の充電管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーパックの電圧が過充電を示す上限電圧に到達するとき、前記電流調節器を通じて流れる充電電流が抑制されるように、前記第1充電端子と前記第2充電端子との間に電流経路を形成するように構成される保護回路をさらに含む、請求項4又は5に記載の充電管理装置。
- 前記保護回路は、
ツェナーダイオードと、
前記バッテリーパックの正極端子と負極端子との間で前記ツェナーダイオードに直列で接続される第3抵抗素子と、
第4抵抗素子と、
前記第1充電端子と前記第2充電端子との間で前記第4抵抗素子に直列で接続されるMOSFETと、を含み、
前記ツェナーダイオードと前記第3抵抗素子との接続ノードは前記MOSFETのゲートに接続される、請求項6に記載の充電管理装置。 - 前記第2抵抗値は、前記第1抵抗値よりも大きい、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の充電管理装置。

前記コントローラが、前記第2充電プロセスの実行中に測定された電圧及び電流のうち少なくとも一つが第2切換条件を満足したことに応えて、前記抵抗調節回路を前記第1抵抗値と異なる第2抵抗値に設定し、前記プリチャージリレーをターンオン状態に制御し、前記第1メインリレーをターンオフ状態に制御する第3充電プロセスを行う段階と、を含む、充電管理方法。
