Description
Claims (7)
- 蓄電モジュールと、前記蓄電モジュールに積層配置された導電板と、前記導電板と前記蓄電モジュールとの間に設けられるシール部材と、を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記蓄電モジュールは、積層された複数の金属板を有する電極積層体と、前記電極積層体の側面を囲むように設けられ、隣り合う電極間に内部空間を形成すると共に当該内部空間を封止する封止体と、を有し、
前記複数の金属板は、負極終端電極の金属板と、正極終端電極の金属板と、前記負極終端電極及び前記正極終端電極の間に設けられた複数のバイポーラ電極の金属板と、を含み、
前記封止体は、前記電極積層体に含まれる前記複数の金属板の縁部にそれぞれ設けられた枠状の複数の樹脂部を有し、
前記電極積層体の積層端の金属板は、前記樹脂部から露出する露出面を有し、
前記露出面は、前記導電板と接触した接触領域と、前記導電板と接触しない非接触領域と、を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記樹脂部と接するように当該樹脂部の内縁に沿って設けられ、前記導電板と前記非接触領域とに接着し、かつ、前記導電板と前記非接触領域との間に充填されると共に、前記導電板と前記露出面との間を封止する第1シール部分を有している、蓄電装置。 - 前記導電板は、互いに連結された複数の板状部材を有し、
前記シール部材は、互いに隣り合う前記板状部材間に形成された連結部に沿って設けられ、互いに隣り合う前記板状部材のそれぞれと前記非接触領域とに接着し、かつ、互いに隣り合う前記板状部材のそれぞれと前記非接触領域との間に充填されると共に、前記導電板と前記露出面との間を封止する第2シール部分を有している、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記導電板は、前記電極積層体の積層方向の一方面及び他方面を有し、
前記第2シール部分は、互いに隣り合う前記板状部材間に充填され、前記一方面から前記他方面まで連続して設けられている、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記電極積層体の積層方向における前記連結部の端部では、互いに隣り合う前記板状部材間の間隔は、前記積層端の金属板に近づくにつれて広くなっている、請求項2又は3に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記シール部材は、液状ガスケットである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極積層体の積層方向から見て、前記樹脂部は前記導電板の外縁と重なっている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記導電板の端面に連結される検出素子を更に備え、
前記第1シール部分は、前記積層端の金属板において、前記内縁から前記検出素子及び前記導電板間に形成された連結部に対応する位置まで延在している、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
