Claims (15)
- 薬物送達デバイス(100)内で使用するための用量追跡機構(302)であって:
カートリッジ(214)とカーリッジ(214)内のストッパ(204)とを収納するハウジング(201)と;
薬物送達デバイス(100)の動作中に、ストッパ(204)を駆動するようにハウジング(201)に対して動くように構成された可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)と;
無線周波数認識(RFID)デバイス(300)とを含み、該RFIDデバイス(300)は:
共振周波数(401、601、801)を有する電気回路(300)とを含み、該電気回路(300)は:
無線RFID信号(381、410、610、810)を共振周波数(401、601、801)で送信するように構成されたアンテナ(301)と、
可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)に動作可能に連結され、電気回路(300)の共振周波数(401、601、801)が可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の位置の標示であるように可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の位置に基づいて共振周波数(401、601、801)を修正するように構成された電気構成要素(318、369、379、389)とを含み、
ここで、共振周波数(401、601、801)は、設定された薬剤の用量、投薬された薬剤の用量、および薬物送達デバイス(100)内に残っている薬剤の全用量のうちの少なくとも1つの標示である、前記用量追跡機構(302)。 - 可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)は、ハウジング(201)に対して複数の可能な位置間で動くように構成され、可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の複数の位置の各々は、RFIDデバイス(300)の電気回路(300)の異なる共振周波数(401、601、801)を引き起こし、その結果、各々の異なる共振周波数(401、601、801)は、可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の異なる位置の標示である、請求項1に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)は、該可動構成要素(210、23

- 可動構成要素(210、310)を有する用量投薬機構(20)を含み、可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の位置は、用量投薬機構(20)によって薬物送達デバイス(100)から投薬された薬剤の用量に対応し、共振周波数(401、601、801)は、薬物送達デバイス(100)から投薬された薬剤の用量の標示である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 可動構成要素(240)を有する用量メモリ機構(240)を含み、可動構成要素(210、230、240、310)の位置は、薬物送達デバイス(100)内に残っている薬剤の全用量に対応し、共振周波数(401、601、801)は、薬物送達デバイス(100)内に残っている薬剤の全用量の標示である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 電気構成要素(318、389)は、可動構成要素(210、230、310)に沿ってトラック(211)内に配置された導体(212a)を含む可変抵抗器である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- トラックは、第1の導体(212a)を含む第1のトラック(211)であり、可変抵抗器は、可動構成要素(210、230、310)に沿って第2のトラック(213)内に配置された第2の導体(212b)を含む、請求項7に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
