Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるサーマルレジンと、
前記サーマルレジンが前記電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるとき、前記電極リード部分の温度を測定可能に前記モジュールケースに備えられる温度センサーと、
前記温度センサーと電気的に接続し、前記温度センサーで測定された温度情報に基づいて前記サーマルレジンの充填を制御する制御ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールケースの一側に形成され、前記サーマルレジンの充填のためにレジン注入装置からサーマルレジンが注入されるための少なくとも一つのレジン注入ホールを含み、
前記温度センサーは、
前記モジュールケースの他側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記レジン注入装置と電気的に接続し、前記温度センサーで測定された温度が予め設定された温度以上であるとき、前記レジン注入装置からの前記サーマルレジンの注入を中断させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのレジン注入ホールは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも高い位置に設けられ、
前記温度センサーは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも低い位置に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースの他側には、
前記温度センサーが挿入されるセンサー挿入溝が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記温度センサーは、サーミスタとして備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続し、前記モジュールケースの両側をカバーするバスバーアセンブリーを含み、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記バスバーアセンブリーに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールケースの一側に形成され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分と同一線上に配置される少なくとも一つの充填確認ホールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
