Description
a)被検者の心電図データを取得するステップと、
b)前記被検者の脈波データを取得するステップと、
c)前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定するステップと、
d)前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定するステップと、
e)所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、前記複数のRR間隔と前記複数の脈波伝播時間との間の相関関係に関連付けられたパラメータを演算するステップと、
f)前記演算されたパラメータを出力するステップと、
を含む。
プロセッサと、
コンピュータ可読命令を記憶するメモリと、を備える。
前記コンピュータ可読命令が前記プロセッサにより実行されると、前記生体情報処理装置は、
被検者の心電図データを取得し、
前記被検者の脈波データを取得し、
前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定し、
前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定し、
所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、前記複数のRR間隔と前記複数の脈波伝播時間との間の相関関係に関連付けられたパラメータを演算し、
前記演算されたパラメータを出力する。
ここで、SRRは、RRiの標準偏差を示す。SPWTTは、PWTTi+1の標準偏差を示す。SRR/PWTTは、RRiとPWTTi+1との共分散を示す。

Claims (6)
- a)被検者の心電図データを取得するステップと、
b)前記被検者の脈波データを取得するステップと、
c)前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定するステップと、
d)前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定するステップと、
e)所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、前記複数のRR間隔と前記複数の脈波伝播時間との間の相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きを演算するステップと、
f)前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きを出力するステップと、
g)前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きが所定の閾値を超えたかどうかを判定するステップと、
h)前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きが前記所定の閾値を超えたとの判定に応じて、前記被検者に対する輸液の投与を自動的に停止するステップと、
を含む、コンピュータによって実行される生体情報処理方法。 - a)被検者の心電図データを取得するステップと、
b)前記被検者の脈波データを取得するステップと、
c)前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定するステップと、
d)前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定するステップと、
e)所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、i番目(iは自然数)のRR間隔と(i+1)番目の脈波伝播時間との間の相関関係に関連付けられたパラメータを演算するステップと、
f)前記演算されたパラメータを出力するステップと、
を含む、コンピュータによって実行される生体情報処理方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の生体情報処理方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
- 請求項3に記載のプログラムが記憶されたコンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体。
- プロセッサと、
コンピュータ可読命令を記憶するメモリと、を備えた生体情報処理装置であって、
前記コンピュータ可読命令が前記プロセッサにより実行されると、前記生体情報処理装置は、
被検者の心電図データを取得し、
前記被検者の脈波データを取得し、
前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定し、
前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定し、
所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、前記複数のRR間隔と前記複数の脈波伝播時間との間の相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きを演算し、
前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きを出力し、
前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きが所定の閾値を超えたかどうかを判定し、
前記演算された相関係数又は回帰直線の傾きが前記所定の閾値を超えたとの判定に応じて、前記被検者に対する輸液の投与を自動的に停止する、
生体情報処理装置。 - プロセッサと、
コンピュータ可読命令を記憶するメモリと、を備えた生体情報処理装置であって、
前記コンピュータ可読命令が前記プロセッサにより実行されると、前記生体情報処理装置は、
被検者の心電図データを取得し、
前記被検者の脈波データを取得し、
前記心電図データに基づいて、複数のRR間隔を測定し、
前記心電図データと前記脈波データに基づいて、複数の脈波伝播時間を測定し、
所定期間内における複数のRR間隔及び複数の脈波伝播時間に基づいて、i番目(iは自然数)のRR間隔と(i+1)番目の脈波伝播時間との間の相関関係に関連付けられたパラメータを演算し、
前記演算されたパラメータを出力する、
