Claims (6)
- 内部スリーブモジュールと、
前記内部スリーブモジュールをハウジングするコネクターフレーム6と、そして
光ケーブルの外被保護のために前記内部スリーブモジュールと結合されるケーブルブート9を具備しており、
前記内部スリーブモジュールは、
一側に光接続時に光ファイバを整列させるスリーブ(sleeve)を具備しながら他側にネジ山を具備するスリーブボディー3と、前記スリーブボディー3の前記スリーブが具備された方向に貫通進入して挟み結合されながら左右面に突出部4aを具備する中間連結子4と、前記スリーブボディー3のネジ山に螺合される固定リング2と、前記スリーブボディー3と前記固定リング2との螺合する部位を覆う上で、前記スリーブボディー3と前記固定リング2との間に挟まれるスプリング5と、前記固定リング2を貫通して前記スリーブボディー3の内部まで挿入されながら具備される光ファイバが前記スリーブボディー3のスリーブまで延長されるように形成されるフェルールストーブ1で構成され、
前記ケーブルブート9は前記スリーブボディー3に固定されて前記中間連結子4と一定範囲内で動きが可能に結合され、
前記内部スリーブモジュールのスリーブは、互いに結合され且つ両側にそれぞれ広がる二つの羽部で構成されることを特徴とする光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。 - 前記コネクターフレーム6は、
一側が前記フェルールストーブ1が具備される側から進入して前記中間連結子4と結合され、他側で前記フェルールストーブ1に具備されるフェルールが露出されるように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。 - 前記ケーブルブート9は、
対向する上下面または左右面に具備される固定ホール9aと、
前記固定ホール9aと異なる面に該当する左右面または上下面に具備される可変スロット9bを具備するが、
前記固定ホール9aには前記スリーブボディー3が固定され、前記可変スロット9bには前記中間連結子4が動きが可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。 - 前記スリーブボディー3は、
前記固定ホール9aに挟み固定される第1突出部3cを具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。 - 前記中間連結子4は、
前記可変スロット9bに挟まれる第2突出部4aを具備するが、
前記可変スロット9bは前記第2突出部4aが前後方向に動き可能になるように前記第2突出部4aのサイズより大きいサイズのホールで形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。 - 前記ケーブルブート9の光ケーブル固定部位を固定するためにスクリュータイプで前記ケーブルブート9に結合されるブートキャンプ10をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ファイバベンディングを防止する現場組み立て型光コネクター。
