Claims (13)
- 閉塞横断システムであって、
内腔と、遠位最先端を形成する外側シャフトの中心軸に対して角度を付けられた遠位開口部と、前記内腔内の第1の係合領域と、を画定する外側シャフトと、
前記内腔内に延在し、前記外側シャフトに対して回転するように構成された内側シャフトであって、前記内側シャフトは、前記遠位開口部を通って延在するように構成された溝付き先端と、前記内側シャフトの遠位端領域において前記内側シャフトの側面上に側面に面した光コヒーレンストモグラフィ(OCT)撮像窓と、及び前記外側シャフト内の前記内側シャフトの遠位移動を制限するための前記第1の係合領域と係合するように構成された前記内側シャフトの外面上の第2の係合領域と、を有する遠位端を含む、内側シャフトと、を備え、
前記遠位開口部の前記遠位最先端は、前記第1の係合領域が前記第2の係合領域と係合しながら、前記内側シャフトが前記外側シャフトに対して回転するとき、OCT撮像のために登録マークを提供するように定義された回転位置でOCT撮像窓を閉塞するように構成される、システム。 - 前記外側シャフトは、前記中心軸の中心線と前記遠位最先端を含む平面の遠位端部の側面の曲げを付勢するように構成された前記外側シャフトの前記遠位端部において支柱領域を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位開口部は、円周方向に面取りされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側シャフトは、前記外側シャフトから近位方向に取り外される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の係合領域は、丸いプロファイルを有するリングを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側シャフトは、前記OCT撮像窓に結合され、前記内側シャフトを通って近位に延在する光ファイバを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに回転ドライバ及び撮像サブシステムと内側部材を結合するように構成された近位アタッチメントを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記側面に面するOCT撮像窓は、前記溝付き先端と隣接する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記外側シャフトの遠位端領域は、内側部材の前記第2の係合領域が外側部材の前記第1の係合領域に対して遠位方向に駆動するとき、所定の方向に曲がるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の係合領域は、環状リップを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記第1の溝付き先端領域から延在する第2の先端領域であって、前記第2の先端領域は、前記第1の直径の60%未満の直径である第2の先端領域と、
前記内側シャフトの遠位端領域において前記内側シャフトの側面上の側面に面した光コヒーレンストモグラフィ(OCT)撮像窓と、
前記外側シャフト内の前記内側シャフトの遠位移動を制限するように構成された前記内側シャフトの外面上の第2の係合領域と、を備える内側シャフトと、を備え、
前記遠位開口部の前記遠位最先端は、前記第1の係合領域が前記第2の係合領域と係合しながら、前記内側シャフトが前記外側シャフトに対してするとき、回転OCT撮像のための登録マークを提供するように定義された回転位置でOCT撮像窓を閉塞するように構成されるシステム。
