Claims (16)
- ゴム混合物のための内部ミキサーで使用するためのロータ(100)であって、前記内部ミキサーは、前記ロータが回転する混合容器を有し、
前記ロータが、
1又は2以上のブレード(104)であって、各ブレードが先端(104a)を有し、当該先端(104a)の輪郭が予め定められた曲率を有する、1又は2以上のブレード(104)と、
少なくとも1つの前記ブレードの先端(104a)に取り外し可能に固定された耐摩耗装置と、を備え、
前記耐摩耗装置は、前記先端(104a)の曲率に相補的な曲率を有する下面(112)と、前記容器の壁の曲率に相補的な曲率を有する上面(114)とによって定められる輪郭を有するプレート(110)を含み、前記上面(114)と前記容器の壁の間において、前記プレート(110)と前記容器の壁との間で混合物の通過を可能にする最小距離のゾーンが定められ、
前記プレートは、前記プレートの長さに沿って軸方向に延びる1又は2以上の冷却チャネルを含み、前記冷却チャネルは、前記プレートの輪郭に沿って配置されて、前記ロータの主導管から前記プレートに対応する冷却剤を運ぶ供給導管に接続されている、ことを特徴とするロータ(100)。 - 前記プレート(110)の前記輪郭は、前記プレートの輪郭が螺旋に近似するように、時計回り方向で漸次的に増大する前記プレートの曲率半径によって定められる、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- シール手段を更に備える、請求項2に記載のロータ。
- 前記シール手段が、対応する溝(152)に配置されるOリング(150)を含む、請求項3に記載のロータ。
- 前記溝(152)は、台形溝である、請求項4に記載のロータ。
- 前記プレート(110)に挿入されて前記ロータ(100)を係合する1又は2以上の保持スクリュー(137)を更に備える、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 機械的締結システムを更に備える、請求項6に記載のロータ。
- 前記機械的締結システムは、位置決めキー(130)と1又は2以上のウォームギアシステムとを備える、請求項7に記載のロータ。
- 前記位置決めキー(130)がキースクリュー(13)により前記先端(104a)に固定される所定の全長を有する平行キーを含み、前記平行キーは、前記先端(104a)の対応する溝に係合し、前記キーの上面は前記プレート(110)の下面(112)の対応する補強部材(112a)に係合する、請求項8に記載のロータ。
- 前記ウォームギアシステムは、ギアホイール(143)と、ねじ込みロック部材(144)と、前記ロータ(100)に接線方向に挿入され且つ前記ねじ込みロック部材(144)によって軸方向にロックされるスクリュー(145)と、を備え、前記スクリュー(145)の回転によって前記ギアホイール(143)が回転するようになる、請求項8又は9に記載のロータ。
- 前記各保持スクリュー(137)が、前記プレート(110)の上面(114)に向かって配置されたスクリューヘッド(137a)を含む、請求項6~10の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータ(100)の対応するねじ部(149)を係合するねじ部を有する円筒構造(145d)を含むスクリュープラグ(145a)を更に備える、請求項10又は11に記載のロータ。
- 前記スクリュープラグ(145a)は、前記円筒構造(145d)の外面(145c)から延びて、前記ロータ(100)に対する前記スクリュープラグ(145a)のクランプを容易にするクランプ部材(145b)を含む、請求項12に記載のロータ。
- 前記各スクリュープラグ(145a)は、前記プレート(110)の上面(114)に向かって配置される、請求項12又は13の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータが2つのブレード(104)を備え、該ブレードは、互いに反対方向で傾斜している、請求項1~14の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 請求項1~15の何れか1項に記載のロータ(100)が回転する少なくとも1つの混合容器を有する内部ミキサー。
