(ロボット手術システムの構成)
図1および図2を参照して、第1実施形態によるロボット手術システム100の構成について説明する。
図3~図5を参照して、第1実施形態による電気手術器具40、アダプタ60、ドレープ70およびロボットアーム21aの構成について説明する。
図6~図8を参照して、電気手術器具40のカバー46に関する構成について説明する。
第2実施形態では、基端側カバー部462は、先端側カバー部461よりも高い引き裂き強さを有する電気絶縁材料を含んでいる。
なお、今回開示された実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した実施形態の説明ではなく特許請求の範囲によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更(変形例)が含まれる。
Claims (6)
- 内視鏡下で外科手術を行うためのロボット手術システムのロボットアームに取り外し可能に接続される電気手術器具であって、
シャフトと、
前記シャフトの遠位端側に手首構造を介して設けられたエンドエフェクタと、
前記シャフトの近位端側に設けられ、前記ロボットアームに接続される接続部と、
前記手首構造を収容するために中空細長構造を有しているとともに、電気絶縁材料と、患者の体内で脱落した場合に検知することが可能なようにX線造影剤とを含むカバーと、を備える、電気手術器具。 - 前記カバーは、遠位端部に前記エンドエフェクタが挿通可能な大きさの開口を有し、
前記電気絶縁材料は、前記手首構造を収容した状態で前記エンドエフェクタが操作されることを可能にする柔軟性を有する、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具。 - 前記電気絶縁材料は、シリコーンである、請求項1または2に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記カバーは、先端側カバー部と、前記先端側カバー部に接続する基端側カバー部とを有し、
前記基端側カバー部は、前記先端側カバー部よりも高い引裂き強さを有する電気絶縁材料を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、把持鉗子、シザーズ、フック、高周波ナイフ、クランプまたはステイプラーである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 内視鏡下で外科手術を行うためのロボット手術システムのロボットアームに取り外し可能に接続されるとともに、シャフトと、前記シャフトの遠位端側に手首構造を介して設けられたエンドエフェクタと、前記シャフトの近位端側に設けられ、前記ロボットアームに接続される接続部とを備える電気手術器具のカバーであって、
前記手首構造を収容するために中空細長構造を有しているとともに、電気絶縁材料と、患者の体内で脱落した場合に検知することが可能なようにX線造影剤とを含む、カバー。
