Description
本出願は、2017年7月25日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/536,540号の優先権を主張する。
その例では、内視鏡可視化システム10は、カメラ制御ユニット14、光源ドライバ16、および表示電子回路54を収容するモニタサブシステム12を備える。モニタサブシステム12は、内視鏡サブシステム26への接続のためにケーブル22、24を受けるためのケーブル終端56、およびポート18、20(例えば、図3に示す)も含みうる。内視鏡サブシステム26(例えば、図2に示す)は、一例では、ケーブル24および25を介して、カメラ制御ユニット14との間で、信号を送受信するように構成されたカメラヘッド28と、ケーブル22および23を介して運ばれる駆動信号を介して光源ドライバ16によって駆動される光源40を含む。
ヘッド28は、光を受信し、それを受信した光を表すカメラ信号に変換するように構成された、例えば、CCDまたはCMOSチップを備える画像センサを含みうる。カメラヘッドは、患者の体腔内から反射された光を受信するために、内視鏡34上またはその内部に動作可能に位置付けられうる。例えば、カメラヘッド28は、内視鏡34の本体30に取り付けられてもよく、または代替的に、内視鏡34のシャフト36内または遠位端38上に取り付けられてもよい。プリズム、ミラー、またはレンズなどの反射性または屈折構造は、体腔内からの光がカメラヘッド28の画像センサに入射するように位置付けられうる。カメラヘッド28は、異なる図を得るために、患者の体腔内で回転または移動するために、モータまたはその他のアクチュエータとさらに取り付けられうる。
ケーブルとしてモニタサブシステム12から延長し、カメラヘッド28および光源40にそれぞれ接続するケーブル24および22に分割しうる。
Claims (3)
- 内視鏡サブシステムであって、光チャネルおよび照射チャネルを有する内視鏡と、前記光チャネルから光を受信するように動作可能に連結された画像センサと、前記照射チャネルを通して光を伝送するように動作可能に連結された固体光源と、を備える内視鏡サブシステムと、
前記内視鏡サブシステムから延びる少なくとも一つの電気ケーブルと、
前記内視鏡サブシステムに対して遠隔に位置付けられたモニタサブシステムであって、内部区画を画定するフレームと、前記内部区画内に配置され、光源駆動信号を生成するように構成された光源ドライバと、前記フレームに取り付けられた表示画面と、前記フレームに対し前記表示画面の反対側に設けられたバックカバーと、前記内視鏡サブシステムに接続された前記少なくとも一つの電気ケーブルを受けるように構成された少なくとも一つのポートであって、前記光源駆動信号が前記少なくとも一つの電気ケーブルを通して前記内視鏡サブシステムに伝達されるように前記光源駆動信号を受ける、少なくとも一つのポートと、を備えるモニタサブシステムと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも一つのケーブルは、
前記駆動信号を運ぶ第一のケーブルであって、前記少なくとも一つのポートの第一のポートで受けられる、第一のケーブルと、
前記画像センサからの画像信号を受信するように動作可能に接続される第二のケーブルであって、前記少なくとも一つのポートの第二のポートに受けられる、第二のケーブルと、
を有する、内視鏡可視化システム。 - 前記光源が電源供給され、その輝度が前記光源駆動信号によって動的に制御される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡可視化システム。
- 前記モニタサブシステムが、前記画像信号を受信し、前記画像信号を処理するように構成された前記モニタサブシステムの前記内部区画内に配置されたコントローラをさらに備える、
