Description
Claims (5)
- 室温環境から再凝縮室への冷媒ガス導入口を有し、前記再凝縮室に取付可能な取付フランジと、
前記取付フランジが前記再凝縮室に取り付けられたとき前記再凝縮室内に配置される冷却ステージと、
前記取付フランジを前記冷却ステージに接続するパルス管と、を備え、
前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記冷媒ガス導入口を出る冷媒ガス流が前記冷却ステージおよび前記パルス管から逸れるように、極低温冷凍機の軸方向に垂直または斜めに方向付けられていることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 室温環境から再凝縮室への冷媒ガス導入口を有し、前記再凝縮室に取付可能な取付フランジと、
前記取付フランジが前記再凝縮室に取り付けられたとき前記再凝縮室内に配置される冷却ステージと、
前記取付フランジを前記冷却ステージに接続する蓄冷管と、を備え、
前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記冷媒ガス導入口を出る冷媒ガス流が前記冷却ステージから逸れるように、極低温冷凍機の軸方向に垂直または斜めに方向付けられ、
前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記冷媒ガス導入口を出る冷媒ガス流が前記蓄冷管と熱交換をするように方向付けられていることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記取付フランジから前記蓄冷管の近傍へと延びる冷媒ガス導管を有し、前記冷媒ガス導管は、冷媒ガスを前記蓄冷管に向ける複数の穴を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 室温環境から再凝縮室への冷媒ガス導入口を有し、前記再凝縮室に取付可能な取付フランジと、
前記取付フランジが前記再凝縮室に取り付けられたとき前記再凝縮室内に配置され、冷媒ガスを凝縮可能な極低温に冷却される冷却ステージと、
前記取付フランジを前記冷却ステージに接続する蓄冷管と、を備え、
前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記取付フランジ上で前記蓄冷管の周囲に形成された複数の穴を有することを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 極低温冷凍機の冷却ステージを収容する再凝縮室と、
前記再凝縮室に設置され、室温環境から前記再凝縮室に冷媒ガスを導く冷媒ガス導入口と、を備え、
前記冷媒ガス導入口は、前記冷媒ガス導入口を出る冷媒ガス流が前記冷却ステージおよび前記極低温冷凍機のパルス管から逸れるように、前記極低温冷凍機の軸方向に垂直または斜めに方向付けられていることを特徴とする極低温システム。
