(e)ステップ(d)で形成された不織ウェブを、対向して配置された第1ロールと第2ロールの間に画定されたニップ中へ供給するステップであって、少なくとも1つのロールが、個別化結合領域のパターンを不織ウェブに施すためのパターン化された外表面を有する、ステップ
を含む方法にも関する。
Claims (13)
- 複数の繊維から作られた不織ウェブを含む弾性不織布であって、前記繊維が、各々が第1の成分及び第2の成分を含む2成分繊維であり、前記第1の成分が80~95重量%の範囲の量で存在し、前記第2の成分が5~20重量%の範囲の量で存在し、両重量は各繊維の全重量に対するものであり;前記第1の成分が、エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーを含み、前記第2の成分が、ASTM D792により決定される0.93~0.95g/cm3の範囲の密度を有する直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含み;前記エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーにおいて、存在する前記α-オレフィンの量が、全コポリマーに対して2~70モル%の範囲であり;前記2成分繊維が、芯部分が第1の成分を含み、鞘部分が第2の成分を含む、芯鞘構造を有し;前記第1の成分及び前記第2の成分の両方が、ASTM D1238(190℃、2.16kg)により決定される10~40g/10分の範囲のメルトフローレートを有し;前記不織ウェブが、個別化結合領域のパターンを備える面を含み、前記結合領域の表面が、前記面の全表面に対して8~25%の範囲である、弾性不織布。
- 前記第1の成分が、エチレン/α-オレフィンブロックコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記第1の成分及び前記第2の成分の両方が、ASTM D1238(190℃、2.16kg)により決定される10~30g/10分の範囲のメルトフローレートを有する、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記第1の成分及び前記第2の成分の両方が、ASTM D1238(190℃、2.16kg)により決定される10~25g/10分の範囲のメルトフローレートを有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記結合領域の表面が、前記面の全表面に対して8~20%の範囲である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記結合領域の表面が、前記面の全表面に対して8~15%の範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記不織ウェブが、5~50g/m2の範囲の坪量を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 各繊維の全重量に対して、前記第1の成分が83~93重量%の範囲の量で存在し、前記第2の成分が7~17重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーが、シングルサイト触媒によるコポリマーである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記結合領域が、円、菱形、長方形、正方形、楕円、三角形、ロッド、ハート、六角形、八角形又は別の多角形の形状を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の弾性不織布を調製する方法であって、
(a)溶融又は半溶融エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーの第1の流れを提供するステップであって、前記エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーにおいて、存在する前記α-オレフィンの量が、全コポリマーに対して2~70モル%の範囲である、ステップ、
(b)ASTM D792により決定される0.93~0.95g/cm3の範囲の密度を有する溶融又は半溶融直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンの第2の流れを提供するステップであって、前記エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマー及び前記ポリエチレンの両方が、ASTM D1238(190℃、2.16kg)により決定される10~40g/10分の範囲のメルトフローレートを有する、ステップ
(c)前記第1の流れ及び前記第2の流れから、各々が、前記エチレン/α-オレフィンコポリマーを含む第1の成分及び前記ポリエチレンを含む第2の成分を含む、複数の2成分繊維を形成するステップであって、前記第1の成分が80~95重量%の範囲の量で存在し、前記第2の成分が5~20重量%の範囲の量で存在し、両重量が各繊維の全重量に対するものであり、前記2成分繊維が、芯部分が第1の成分を含み、鞘部分が第2の成分を含む、芯鞘構造を有する、ステップ、
(d)ステップ(c)で得られた前記2成分繊維から不織ウェブを形成するステップ、及び
(e)ステップ(d)で形成された前記不織ウェブを、対向して配置された第1ロールと第2ロールとの間に画定されたニップ中へ供給するステップであって、それにより、前記ロールの少なくとも1つが、個別化結合領域のパターンを前記不織ウェブに施すためのパターン化された外表面を有し、前記不織ウェブが、前記個別化結合領域のパターンを備える面を含み、前記結合領域の表面が、前記面の全表面に対して8~25%の範囲である、ステップ
