Claims (9)
- ステーターと、
前記ステーター内に配置されるローターと、
前記ローターと結合するシャフトと、を含み、
前記ローターは、
前記シャフトの外側に配置されるローターコアと、
前記ローターコアの外側に配置されるマグネットと、
前記ローターコアおよび前記マグネットをモールディングするモールディング部と、を含み、
前記モールディング部は、
前記マグネットの上面に配置される上部と、
前記マグネットの下面に配置される下部と、
前記マグネットの側面に配置される側部と、
前記側部から前記シャフトの軸方向に円筒状に突出し、前記下部から垂直に延びる突出部と、を含み、
前記突出部は、前記側部と前記下部の連結部分に配置され、
前記ローターコアは、前記シャフト方向に配置される複数のホールを含み、
前記複数のホールの各々は、前記ローターコアの上面と下面を貫通し、
前記モールディング部の前記上部の内側境界または前記モールディング部の前記下部の内側境界は、前記ローターコアの外周面と前記ホールとの間に配置され、
前記モールディング部は、前記上部から前記側部から前記突出部を経て前記下部に流れるように射出成形され、
前記突出部は、射出により発生したガスの集中およびウエルドラインを含む、モーター。 - 前記突出部は、内部に空間部を含む請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記モールディング部の前記下部、前記上部、前記突出部および前記側部は、一体である請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記モールディング部の突出部は、前記シャフト方向に、前記モールディング部の前記上部または前記下部よりもさらに突出する請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記突出部の厚さは、前記上部の厚さ、前記側部の厚さおよび前記下部の厚さの平均値である請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記モールディング部の上部の少なくとも一部は、前記ローターコアの外周面を基準に内側に配置される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記突出部は、前記ローターコアの円周方向に沿って配置される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記突出部は、リング形状である請求項7に記載のモーター。
- 前記突出部は、前記モールディング部の射出ゲートの反対側に形成される請求項1に記載のモーター。
