Description
第1の取付け
・ 天井スラブの下側の準備(すなわち、水平になり、乾燥し、及びクリーンになるようにする)。
・ 天井グリッド及びコンポーネントを設定すること。
・ 据え付けフレーム60を天井スラブに固定すること(又は、吊り下げ天井グリッドに関して正しく設定する)。
・ 据え付けフレーム60の上の流体接続ポイント68において終端する付帯設備配管の据え付け。
・ 据え付けフレーム60の上の電気的な接続ポイント72において終端する、電力ケーブル及び制御ケーブルの据え付け。
・ 他の付帯設備(空調ユニット2のためのものではないもの)に関する電力及びケーブリング及び配管の据え付け。
第2の取付け
・ 天井グリッドの据え付け。
・ ライト及び他の主な天井コンポーネントの据え付け。
・ 天井タイルの据え付け。
・ 据え付けフレーム60の上への空調ユニット2の主本体部3の装着。

3ラック@1.5kW=4.5kW

Claims (18)
- 空気入口部及び空気出口部を含む主本体部であって、前記空気入口部と前記空気出口部との間に空気流路を画定している主本体部と、
前記空気流路中に配設されているファンと、
前記空気流路中、前記ファンの上流に配設されている熱エレメントとを備え、
前記主本体部は、前記空気出口部が配設されている第1の面を有しており、
前記空気入口部及び前記熱エレメントは、前記第1の面の周囲に配設され、
前記ファンは、前記ファンの回転軸が前記第1の面に対して実質的に垂直になるように向けられ、
前記第1の面は、使用時に温度制御スペースに露出するように構成され、
前記ファンは、空気が環状に広がるパターンで、前記ファンと前記空気出口部との間及び前記ファンから生じる空気の流動先に空気の方向を変化させる部材を設けずに、ファン・ブレードの先端部から温度制御スペースに直接的に排出する旋回気流となるように配されている空調ユニット。 - 前記ファンの前記回転軸は、実質的に前記第1の面の中央にある請求項1に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記空気入口部及び熱エレメントは、前記第1の面の前記周囲の少なくとも50%に沿って延在している請求項1又は2に記載の空調ユニット。
- 使用時に、前記熱エレメントにおける前記空気流路を通る空気流速が、前記ファンの下流の前記空気流路を通る空気流速の50%未満となるように、前記空気出口部及び前記空気流路が配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記ファンが、前記第1の面において約0.8メートル/秒の面速度を与えるように駆動されるときに、前記熱エレメントにおける前記空気流路を通る空気流速が、0.5メートル/秒から1.5メートル/秒の間になるように、前記空調ユニットが構成されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記熱エレメントは、前記主本体部の第1のハウジング部に装着されており、前記ファンは、前記主本体部の第2のハウジング部に装着されており、前記第2のハウジング部は、前記第1のハウジング部に対してヒンジ接続されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記第2のハウジング部は、前記ヒンジを介して、前記第1のハウジング部に対して、第1の位置から第2の位置へ回転可能であり、前記ファンは、前記第1の位置において、通常使用のために動作可能であり、前記第2の位置において、メンテナンスのためにアクセス可能である請求項6に記載の空調ユニット。
- 使用時に、少なくとも前記熱エレメントの垂直方向下方になるように配置されているドリップ・トレイであって、親水性部材が、前記ドリップ・トレイ中に配設され、前記ドリップ・トレイによって捕捉された凝結物を収集する、ドリップ・トレイと、
前記親水性部材に沿って前記凝結物を汲み出すように配置されているポンプと、をさらに含む請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。 - 前記親水性部材に隣接する水分検出器をさらに含み、
前記ポンプは、水分が前記水分検出器によって検出されるときに作動するように配置されている請求項8に記載の空調ユニット。 - 前記空調ユニットの前記主本体部は、300mm未満の厚さを有している請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記熱エレメントは、熱コイルを含む請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 第1の取付けの間に前記天井に装着されるように構成されている据え付けフレームであって、接続されることになる前記空調ユニットの付帯設備のための分離可能な接続部を含む、据え付けフレームをさらに含み、
前記主本体部は、第2の取付けの間に、前記据え付けフレームに装着されるように構成されている請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。 - 前記空調ユニットは、天井から吊り下げられるように構成されている請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の空調ユニット。
- 前記主本体部を取り囲むリム部材であって、前記主本体部の前記厚さの60%未満の外側縁部高さを有しているリム部材をさらに含む請求項13に記載の空調ユニット。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の前記空調ユニットを含む構造体であって、床と、天井と、前記床と前記天井との間に画定されている温度制御スペースとを含み、前記空調ユニットの前記主本体部は、前記天井の天井空隙中に配設されており、前記第1の面が前記温度制御スペースに露出されるようになっている構造体。
- 空気が、前記床の床空隙を介して、前記温度制御スペースの中へ供給されるように、前記構造体が配置されている請求項15に記載の構造体。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の前記空調ユニットを含む構造体であって、床と、天井と、垂直方向の壁部と、前記床、前記天井、及び前記壁部の間に画定されている温度制御スペースとを含み、
前記空調ユニットの前記主本体部は、前記垂直方向の壁部中に配設されており、前記第1の面が、垂直方向に向けられ、かつ前記温度制御スペースに露出されるようになっている構造体。 - 前記垂直方向の壁部は、前記空調ユニットの前記空気入口部に隣接する空隙を含み、空洞は、前記温度制御スペースに気体連通している請求項17に記載の構造体。
