Description
図1、図2、図3に示す本実施形態の端子付き電線100は、車両に使用されるワイヤハーネス等に適用されるものである。ここで、ワイヤハーネスは、例えば、車両に搭載される各装置間の接続のために、電源供給や信号通信に用いられる複数の電線Wを束にして集合部品とし、コネクタ等で複数の電線Wを各装置に接続するようにしたものである。
実施形態2に係る端子付き電線は、溝部の形状が実施形態1とは異なる。以下では、上述した実施形態と同様の構成要素には共通の符号が付されるとともに、共通する構成、作用、効果については、重複した説明はできるだけ省略する(以下同様。)。

Claims (4)
- 絶縁性を有する絶縁被覆部によって導電性を有する導体部を被覆した電線と、
前記絶縁被覆部の端末から露出する前記導体部に対して圧着される導体圧着部、前記絶縁被覆部に対して圧着される被覆圧着部、及び、前記導体圧着部と前記被覆圧着部とを連結し前記導体部が露出する中間部を含む圧着端子と、
少なくとも前記中間部において露出する前記導体部を覆う防食材とを備え、
前記中間部は、前記導体部側の面に設けられ、前記電線の軸線周りに沿う周方向の両端部からそれぞれ当該周方向の中心側に向かって形成された溝部を有し、
前記溝部は、前記中間部の前記周方向の端部から前記周方向に沿って延在し、前記周方向の中心側の端部が当該周方向の中心と間隔をあけた位置で閉塞することを特徴とする、
端子付き電線。 - 前記溝部は、前記周方向の中心側に向かってテーパ形状に形成される、
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記溝部は、前記電線の軸線方向に沿って前記被覆圧着部と間隔をあけて位置する、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記防食材は、少なくとも、前記圧着端子が前記電線に圧着された状態で前記中間部と前記導体部と前記絶縁被覆部の端末とによって囲まれた隙間空間部、及び、前記溝部に充填されている、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線。
