Description
チューブのそれぞれの対向する側面上に配置される第1の軌道及び第2の軌道と、
第1の軌道上を動くように構成された複数の第1のカート、及び第2の軌道上を動くように構成された複数の対応する第2のカートと、を備えた2つのコンベヤを含むパッケージアセンブリを開示している。
実質的に平行で互いに面しており、第1及び第2のカートがチューブと協働するようにその間にパッケージ材料のチューブが送り込まれる、それぞれの作動分岐部と、
それに沿って第1のカート及び第2のカートがチューブから離間した、それぞれの戻り分岐部と、を含むそれぞれの無端経路を画定する。
半殻及び密封ユニットがチューブから取り外される開位置と、
形成されるパックの容積を画定して制御するために、且つ等しく間隔を空けた連続した横方向の断面で各パックを密封するために、半殻及び密封ユニットがチューブに接触する閉位置との間で循環して動くことができる。

軌道6bに沿って循環して摺動するように構成された、互いに連続して隣接した複数のカート7bと、を実質的に含む。
互いに対向し、方向A及びBに平行なそれぞれの垂直平面上に位置する、2つの平坦な楕円形表面8と、
表面8の間に延在し、方向Cに沿って表面8を連結する、湾曲した無端表面9と、によって区切られる(図3)。
方向Aに沿って延在し、チューブ2に面する直線部11a、11bと、
方向Aに沿って延在し、直線部11a又は11bに対向する直線部12a、12bと、
相対直線部11a、12a及び11b、12bのそれぞれの上端を結合する上湾曲部13at、13btと、
相対直線部11a、12a及び11b、12bのそれぞれの底端を結合する底湾曲部13ab、13bbと、を含む。
実質的に平行で互いに面しており、その間にチューブ2が送り込まれ、それに沿ってカート7a、7bがチューブ2自体と協働する、それぞれの作動分岐部P1、Q1と、
それに沿ってカート7a、7bがチューブ2から取り外される、それぞれの戻り分岐部P2、Q2と、を含む。

密封デバイス15b及び対向密封デバイス15aが、チューブ2の直径方向に対向する側面と協働し、それぞれのパック3の密封帯3bを形成する閉位置すなわち作動位置と、
密封デバイス15b及び対向密封デバイス15aが、前記チューブ2から取り外される開位置すなわちアイドル位置との間で方向Bに対して前後に循環して動く。
各カム23a、23bの作動部は、カム24a、24bの作動部の上流に配置され、
カム24a、24bの作動部は、カム25a、25bの作動部の上流に配置される。
このような形成ユニット18a、18b及び対応する密封ユニット19a、19bが、それぞれの作動分岐部P1、Q1に沿って動いている間、
対応する半殻14a、14b及び相対フラップ21がそれらの作動位置にある間、

- パッケージ材料の管(2)から開始する、注入可能な食品製品を含有する複数のパック(3)を形成して密封するように構成されたパッケージアセンブリ(1)であって、
少なくとも1対の軌道(6a、6b)と、
前記軌道(6a、6b)のそれぞれに沿って循環して動くことができる、少なくとも1対の移動要素(7a、7b;7a’、7b’;7a’’、7b’’)と、を含み、
