Claims (16)
- LEDディスプレーに使われるホルダーであり、前記LEDディスプレーは複数のつなぎ合わせるアセンブリユニットを含み、
前記ホルダーは、
第一方向に沿って延びる第一サポートロッドと、
前記第一サポートロッドに接続するサポーター
を含み、
前記サポーターは、
第二方向に沿って延び、一端が前記第一サポートロッドに接続する第二サポートロッドと、
前記第二サポートロッドのもう一端に接続する第一接続キット
を含み、
前記第一接続キットは、
前記アセンブリユニットと取り外し可能な接続を構成することに使われ、前記第二サポートロッドのもう一端に設置され、前記アセンブリユニットに対して少なくとも切り替え可能なロック位置とアンロック位置があり、接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記アセンブリユニットと前記接続部が前記アセンブリユニットの接続平面に垂直な方向にて固定され、前記接続部が前記アンロック位置にある際に、前記アセンブリユニットより取り外し可能である接続部と、
前記接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記接続部と組合せて前記接続部を前記ロック位置に固定する第一位置決め部
を含むことを特徴とする、LEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。 - 前記第一接続キットがさらに第一軸を含み、前記接続部が回転して前記第一軸に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記第一位置決め部が前記第一軸の軸線に垂直な方向にて前記第一軸と合わせて可動接続を構成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記第一接続キットがさらに第二軸を含み、前記第二軸が前記第一軸に垂直な軸線方向に沿って前記第一軸に接続し、前記第一位置決め部が回転して前記第二軸に接続して前記第二軸に対してその軸線方向に沿って移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記第一接続キットはさらが第一偏圧キットを含み、前記第一位置決め部が前記第二軸の軸線に平行する第三方向に沿って動く際に、前記第一偏圧キットが前記第一位置決め部に対して前記第三方向と反対する偏圧を加えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記接続部の表面に凹み部が設置され、前記凹み部が前記第一軸の径方向に対して凹んで前記第一軸の周方向に沿って延び、前記第二軸が前記凹み部を通り抜け、前記第一軸の軸線方向に沿う前記凹み部のサイズが前記第二軸の最大径方向のサイズより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記接続部の表面にさらに第一組合せ部が設置され、前記第一位置決め部の表面に第二組合せ部が設置され、前記接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記第一組合せ部と前記第二組合せ部が軸孔構成を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- 前記ホルダーはさらに操作用の操作部を含み、前記操作部が前記接続部に接続して前記接続部が前記ロック位置と前記アンロック位置の間で切り替えるように駆動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のLEDディスプレーに使われるホルダー。
- LEDディスプレーシステムであり、
LEDディスプレーは、幾つかのつなぎ合わせているアセンブリユニットを含み、
ホルダーは、取外し可能な形で前記アセンブリユニットに接続し、
第一方向に沿って延びる第一サポートロッドと、
前記第一サポートロッドに接続するサポーター
を含み、
前記サポーターは、
第二方向に沿って延び、一端が前記第一サポートロッドに接続する第二サポートロッドと、
前記第二サポートロッドのもう一端に接続する第一接続キット
を含み、
前記第一接続キットは、
前記アセンブリユニットと取外し可能な接続を構成することに使われ、前記第二サポートロッドのもう一端に設置され、前記アセンブリユニットに対して少なくとも切り替え可能なロック位置とアンロック位置があり、接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記アセンブリユニットと前記接続部が前記アセンブリユニットの接続平面に垂直な方向にて固定され、前記接続部が前記アンロック位置にある際に、前記アセンブリユニットより取り外し可能である接続部と、
前記接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記接続部と組合せて前記接続部を前記ロック位置に固定する第一位置決め部
を含むことを特徴とする、LEDディスプレーシステム。 - 前記第一接続キットはさらに第一軸を含み、前記接続部が回転して前記第一軸に接続することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記第一位置決め部が前記第一軸の軸線に垂直な方向にて前記第一軸と合わせて可動接続を構成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記第一接続キットはさらに第二軸を含み、前記第二軸が前記第一軸の軸線に垂直な方向に沿って前記第一軸に接続し、前記第一位置決め部は回転して前記第二軸に接続し、前記第二軸に対してその軸線方向に沿って移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記第一接続キットはさらに第一偏圧キットを含み、前記第一位置決め部が前記第二軸の軸線に平行する第三方向に沿って動く際に、前記第一偏圧キットは前記第一位置決め部に対して前記第三方向と反対する偏圧を加えることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記接続部の表面に凹み部が設置され、前記凹み部は前記第一軸の径方向へ凹んで前記第一軸の周方向に沿って延び、前記第二軸は前記凹み部を通り抜け、前記第一軸の軸線方向に沿う前記凹み部のサイズは前記第二軸の最大径方向のサイズより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記接続部の表面にさらに第一組合せ部が設置され、前記第一位置決め部の表面に第二組合せ部が設置され、前記接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記第一組合せ部と前記第二組合せ部は軸孔構成を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
- 前記アセンブリユニットに組合せキットが設置され、前記組合せキットと前記アセンブリユニットは固定接続を形成し、前記組合せキットは前記接続部と取り外し可能な接続を構成し、
前記ホルダーが前記アセンブリユニットに接続する際に、前記接続部と前記組合せキットは第一軸を取り囲んだ回転接続を構成し、前記接続部は前記第一軸の径方向に沿って突起部を形成し、前記組合せキットは前記第一軸の径方向に沿って凹み部を形成し、前記接続部が前記ロック位置にある際に、前記突起部は前記凹み部と組合せることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のLEDディスプレーシステム。
