First embodiment

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a switch module 12 mounted on a dashboard 11 (indicated by a thick two-dot chain line in FIG. 3) of an automobile comprises a base member 13 (indicated by a thick dashed line in FIG. 3) and a case. a member 14; The case member 14 is fitted so as to cover the base member 13 . In the following description, the side facing the interior of the vehicle when the switch module 12 is attached to the vehicle body is defined as the front side, and the opposite side is defined as the rear side. and

The case member 14 is positioned to fit into the opening 11 a of the dashboard 11 , and six mounting brackets 14 a projecting from the outer periphery of the case member 14 are fastened to the dashboard 11 .

A dial 15 and three push switches 16 to 18 are arranged on the front of the case member 14, and a decorative garnish 20 is attached to the right side of one push switch 18 among them. The garnish 20 is fitted into a garnish mounting hole 14b that opens in the front of the case member 14, and is fixed by a locking claw (not shown) so as not to come off.

As shown in FIG. 3, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped antenna member 21 is accommodated inside the case member 14 covered with the garnish 20 . The antenna member 21 is for performing near-field-communication with, for example, a smartphone brought close to it. As shown in FIG. 7, the front surface of the garnish 20 is designed, and the rear surface thereof is provided with a plate-shaped locking projection 20a extending in the left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 6, the antenna member 21 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member having a front surface 21a, a rear surface 21b, an upper surface 21c, a lower surface 21d, and left and right side surfaces 21e and 21f. is extended. A first engagement projection 21g having a T-shaped constant cross-section when viewed in the vertical direction is projected from the central portion of the front surface 21a of the antenna member 21, and left and right side surfaces 21e and 21f of the antenna member 21 , second engaging projections 21h and 21i extending linearly in the vertical direction are provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, inside the base member 13 and the case member 14, an antenna member insertion hole 24 that opens to the lower surface of the case member 14 is formed vertically. communicates with the garnish mounting hole 14 b of the case member 14 .

The case member 14 forming the wall surface of the antenna member insertion hole 24 is formed with a first engagement groove 14c having a T-shaped cross section that can be engaged with the first engagement projection 21g of the antenna member 21, and the antenna member insertion hole 24 is provided with a first engagement groove 14c. A pair of linear second engaging grooves 13a and 13b with which the pair of second engaging projections 21h and 21i of the antenna member 21 can be engaged are formed in the base member 13 forming the wall surface of the hole 24. As shown in FIG.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described.

In order to assemble the antenna member 21 to the switch module 12, the dial 15 and the push switches 16 to 18 are assembled to the base member 13 and the case member 14, which are integrally coupled. The antenna member 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 24 . At this time, the first engagement projection 21g of the T-shaped cross section of the antenna member 21 is guided while being slidably fitted in the first engagement groove 14c of the T-shaped cross section of the case member 14, and the antenna member The pair of second engaging projections 21h and 21i of the base member 13 are guided while being fitted in the pair of second engaging grooves 13a and 13b of the base member 13 while sliding.

After inserting the antenna member 21 to the dead end of the antenna member insertion hole 24, the garnish 20 is fitted into the garnish mounting hole 14b of the case member 14 and fixed to the garnish mounting hole 14b with a locking claw (not shown). As a result, the locking projection 20a provided on the back surface of the garnish 20 protrudes into the antenna member insertion hole 24 and abuts on the lower surface of the first engaging projection 21g of the antenna member 21, whereby the antenna member 21 is inserted into the antenna member. It is prevented from dropping out of the hole 24 (see FIGS. 3 to 5). The thus assembled switch module 12 is positioned in the opening 11a of the dashboard 11 so that the dial 15, the push switches 16 to 18 and the garnish 20 face the interior of the vehicle. It is fixed to the board 11 .

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the antenna member 21 inserted into the antenna member insertion hole 24 is fixed by using the garnish 20 which is a decorative member so as not to fall off. A special member is no longer required, and the number of parts is reduced. At this time, the antenna member 21 is inserted from the lower side to the upper side, and the garnish 20 is inserted from the front side to the rear side. That is, the insertion direction of the antenna member 21 and the insertion direction of the garnish 20 are orthogonal to each other. As a result, even if the cable 23 is pulled and a load acts on the antenna member 21 in the removal direction, the garnish 20 does not come off from the garnish mounting hole 14b, and the antenna member 21 is securely prevented from coming off.

According to this embodiment, the first engagement projection 21g of the antenna member 21 engages the first engagement groove 14c of the case member 14, and the second engagement projections 21h and 21i of the antenna member 21 engage with the base member. Case member 14 and base member 13 are positioned relative to each other via antenna member 21 by engaging second engagement grooves 13 a and 13 b of 13 .

In addition, although the base member 13 and the case member 14 are basically connected at their outer peripheral portions, the case member 14 has a portion that is not partially connected to the outer peripheral portion of the base member 13 . As a result, the rigidity of the unconnected portion may be reduced, making it easier to bend. However, according to the present embodiment, the portion of the case member 14 that is not connected to the outer peripheral portion of the base member 13 and the base member 13 are integrated via the antenna member 21, thereby increasing the rigidity of the case member 14. is raised and becomes difficult to bend.

In particular, since the first engaging projection 21g and the first engaging groove 14c have a T-shaped cross section, the case member 14 and the antenna member 21 are positioned with high accuracy in two directions, i.e., vertical direction and horizontal direction, so as not to move relative to each other. , the antenna member 21 can be more firmly coupled to the case member 14 .

Second embodiment

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

In the second embodiment, base member 13 and case member 14 are smaller than those in the first embodiment, and garnish 20 is provided near one end of case member 14 . The front surface of the case member 14 protrudes from the design surface of the dashboard 11 into the vehicle interior, and therefore the garnish 20 also protrudes from the design surface of the dashboard 11 into the vehicle interior.

According to this embodiment, the garnish 20 covering the antenna member 21 is provided at a position near the end of the case member 14, and the garnish 20 protrudes into the vehicle interior from the design surface of the dashboard 11. Alternatively, when an occupant sitting in the front passenger seat holds the smartphone in his/her hand and brings it close to the dashboard 11, it becomes difficult for the finger to touch the design surface of the dashboard 11, thereby improving operability.

It should be noted that similar effects can be obtained not only with smart phones but also with wearable devices such as IC cards and smart watches as long as they are mobile terminals that can communicate with the outside.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the invention.

For example, although the switch module 12 is attached to the dashboard 11 in the embodiment, the switch module 12 can be attached to any other party.

In the embodiment, the antenna member 21 is provided on the base member 13 and the case member 14 of the switch module 12 having the dial 15 and the push switches 16 to 18. You can set it.

Also, the number of the first engaging projections 21g and the number of the first engaging grooves 14c is not limited to one, and the number of the second engaging projections 21h, 21i and the number of the second engaging grooves 13a, 13b are two each. It is not limited to an individual.

Moreover, the insertion direction of the antenna member 21 and the fitting direction of the garnish 20 do not necessarily have to be orthogonal to each other, and may be mutually intersecting.

Also, the cross-sectional shapes of the first engaging projection 21g and the first engaging groove 14c do not necessarily have to be T-shaped, and may be other shapes such as L-shaped, Y-shaped, and X-shaped.

Further, the communication standard of the antenna member 21 is not limited to Near-field-communication, and may be other various wireless communication standards such as Bluetooth (registered trademark).
