Claims (6)
- エンジン(10)のクランク軸(10a)が連結されている回転軸(20a)を有する回転電機(40)に対して、直流電源(30)からの電力を変換して供給し、前記回転電機を駆動させる電力変換装置(50)であって、
前記エンジンの始動が要求された場合、前記回転電機の駆動を開始させる電力変換装置において、
前記回転電機を構成する各相巻線(42U,42V,42W)の両端のうち第1端側に電気的に接続され、前記直流電源との間で電力を伝達する第1インバータ回路(51)と、
前記回転電機を構成する各相巻線の両端のうち第2端側に電気的に接続され、前記直流電源との間で電力を伝達する第2インバータ回路(52)と、
前記第1インバータ回路及び前記第2インバータ回路を制御する制御部(60)と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記回転電機の回転速度に応じて各相巻線に流れる電流の総和を変更する電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記回転電機の回転速度が閾値未満である場合、各相巻線に流れる電流の総和をゼロ以外とし、前記回転電機の回転速度が閾値以上である場合、各相巻線に流れる電流の総和をゼロとする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記回転電機の回転速度が閾値未満である場合、各相巻線に矩形波電流を流し、前記回転電機の回転速度が閾値以上である場合、各相巻線に正弦波電流を流す請求項1又は2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記閾値は、各相巻線に正弦波電流を流した場合における負荷トルクの最大値と、各相巻線に矩形波電流を流した場合における負荷トルクと、が一致する回転速度である請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記回転電機を停止させる場合、前記回転電機における回転軸の回転位置を検出する位置検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記回転電機の駆動開始時に各相巻線に所定の電流を流した際の出力トルクが最大となる所定位置に停止させる請求項1~4のうちいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記第1インバータ回路及び前記第2インバータ回路は、各相巻線に応じた上アームスイッチ(Sp1,Sp2)及び下アームスイッチ(Sn1,Sn2)の直列接続体をそれぞれ有し、前記上アームスイッチ及び前記下アームスイッチのスイッチングにより、直流電源と各相巻線との間の電力の伝達を行う請求項1~5のうちいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
