Claims (11)
- ユーザの喫煙パターンについてのデータを保存するメモリと、
前記ユーザから喫煙開始のための要請を受信するインターフェースと、
前記喫煙パターンについてのデータに基づき、前記受信された要請が喫煙を制限するための喫煙制限条件を充足するか否かということを判断するコントローラと、
前記喫煙制限条件が充足されるか否かということにより、前記コントローラの制御により、エアロゾルを生成するための電力をバッテリから供給されたり、前記電力の供給が制限されたりするヒータと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、
あらかじめ設定された臨界期間の間、前記ユーザの喫煙回数があらかじめ設定された臨界回数に達した否かということに基づいて、前記喫煙制限条件を充足するか否かということを判断し、
前記喫煙制限条件が充足された喫煙制限モードである場合、前記喫煙制限条件が充足されていない喫煙モード下で制御される前記ヒータの温度範囲に比べ、低い温度範囲で前記ヒータが制御されるように前記電力の供給を制限し、
前記喫煙制限条件は、特定の喫煙が完了してから次の喫煙の開始までのインターバルが短い場合に前記次の喫煙を制限することをさらに含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記低い温度範囲は、
前記喫煙制限モード下において、前記ヒータの加熱によって生成されるエアロゾルの量が、前記喫煙モード下において、前記ヒータの加熱によって生成されるエアロゾルの量より少なくなるための温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記温度範囲は、
前記ヒータの予熱後、前記エアロゾルを生成させるために、一定範囲の温度に維持される区間で制御される温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記インターフェースを介したボタン入力、シガレット挿入及び抽出のセンシング、ヒータ温度変化によるパフのセンシング、及び流量変化によるパフのセンシングのうち少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記喫煙の開始と終了とを判断することにより、前記喫煙回数を計数することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記インターフェースは、

前記インターフェースを介して入力された設定情報、外部デバイスから無線通信によって受信された設定情報、及びクレードルデバイスに結合された状態で外部デバイスから有線通信によって受信された設定情報のうち少なくとも一つに基づいたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - エアロゾル生成装置において、喫煙制限機能を提供する方法において、
ユーザの喫煙パターンをモニタリングする段階と、
前記ユーザから喫煙開始のための要請を受信する段階と、
前記喫煙パターンに対するモニタリングに基づき、前記受信された要請が喫煙を制限するための喫煙制限条件を充足するか否かということを判断する段階と、
前記喫煙制限条件が充足されるか否かということにより、エアロゾルを生成するための電力がバッテリからヒータに供給されたり、前記電力の供給が制限されたりするように、前記ヒータを制御する段階と、を含み、
前記判断する段階は、
あらかじめ設定された臨界期間の間、前記ユーザの喫煙回数があらかじめ設定された臨界回数に達したか否かということに基づいて、前記喫煙制限条件を充足するか否かということを判断し、
前記制御する段階は、
前記喫煙制限条件が充足された喫煙制限モードである場合、前記喫煙制限条件が充足されていない喫煙モード下で制御される前記ヒータの温度範囲に比べ、低い温度範囲で前記ヒータが制御されるように前記電力の供給を制限し、
前記喫煙制限条件は、特定の喫煙が完了してから次の喫煙の開始までのインターバルが短い場合に前記次の喫煙を制限することをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記低い温度範囲は、
前記喫煙制限モード下において、前記ヒータの加熱によって生成されるエアロゾルの量が、前記喫煙モード下において、前記ヒータの加熱によって生成されるエアロゾルの量より少なくなるための温度範囲であり、
前記温度範囲は、
前記ヒータの予熱後、前記エアロゾルを生成させるために一定範囲の温度に維持される区間で制御される温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記喫煙回数は、
インターフェースを介したボタン入力、シガレット挿入及び抽出のセンシング、ヒータ温度変化によるパフのセンシング、及び流量変化によるパフのセンシングのうち少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記喫煙の開始と終了とを判断することによって計数されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記喫煙制限条件が充足された喫煙制限モードである場合、ディスプレイ、ランプ、スピーカ及びモータ振動のうち少なくとも1つのインターフェースを利用し、前記喫煙制限モードが活性化されたことを示すお知らせを提供する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記喫煙制限条件は、
インターフェースを介して入力された設定、外部デバイスから無線通信によって受信された設定、及びクレードルデバイスに結合された状態で外部デバイスから有線通信によって受信された設定のうち少なくとも一つに基づいたものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
