Description
Claims (32)
- 個別化された靭皮繊維と、ポリ乳酸(PLA)繊維と、セルロース繊維と、の交絡されたウェブを含む不織布であって、
前記個別化された靭皮繊維は、実質的にペクチンを含まず、
前記セルロース繊維は、再生セルロース繊維及びパルプ繊維から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記PLA繊維の少なくとも一部分が前記靭皮繊維と熱接着され、前記PLA繊維の少なくとも一部分が前記セルロース繊維と熱接着されている、不織布。 - 前記PLA繊維が、約8~約30重量%(wt.%)の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、約60~約92重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記セルロース繊維が、再生セルロース繊維である、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記セルロース繊維が、約1~約40重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記交絡されたウェブが、水流交絡されている、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、約6~約55ミリメートル(mm)の平均長さを有する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、亜麻繊維、麻繊維、ジュート繊維、ラミー繊維、イラクサ繊維、レダマ繊維、ケナフ植物繊維、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、前記個別化された靭皮繊維が由来する天然に産生する繊維の、20重量%未満のペクチン含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- ASTM International D6400又はD6868規格試験により、生分解性である、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- ウエットワイパー、ドライワイパー、含浸されたワイパー、吸着材、医療用備品、個人保護布、自動車保護カバー、パーソナルケア物品、流体濾過製品、家庭用造作製品、断熱製品、遮音製品、農業用途製品、造園用途製品、又はジオテキスタイル用途製品である、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 乳児用ワイプ、化粧用ワイプ、会陰用ワイプ、使い切り洗浄布、厨房用ワイプ、浴用ワイプ、硬質表面用ワイプ、ガラス用ワイプ、鏡用ワイプ、皮革用ワイプ、電子機器用ワイプ、レンズ用ワイプ、研磨用ワイプ、医療用洗浄ワイプ、消毒用ワイプ、手術用ドレープ、手術用ガウン、創傷ケア製品、保護つなぎ服、腕カバー、おむつ、女性用ケア物品、介護パッド、エアフィルタ、水フィルタ、油フィルタ、又は家具裏材である、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記PLA繊維が、約120℃~約170℃の融点を有する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 洗濯可能で再使用可能なワイパーである、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 約40~約100グラム/平方メートル(gsm)の範囲の坪量を有する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 少なくとも500グラム/インチ(g/in)の横方向(CD)湿潤引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、実質的にペクチンを含まない、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記PLA繊維が、100%バイオ系である、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 不織布の製造方法であって、
個別化された靭皮繊維と、ポリ乳酸(PLA)繊維と、セルロース繊維と、を含むウェブを形成することと、
前記個別化された靭皮繊維と、前記PLA繊維と、を交絡させることと、
前記個別化された靭皮繊維の少なくとも一部分を、前記PLA繊維の少なくとも一部分と加熱して熱接着させることと、
を含み、
前記個別化された靭皮繊維は、実質的にペクチンを含まず、
前記セルロース繊維は、再生セルロース繊維及びパルプ繊維から選択される少なくとも1種である、方法。 - 前記セルロース繊維が、再生セルロース繊維である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 加熱を、約120℃~約170℃の温度で実施する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記PLA繊維が、約8~約30重量%(wt.%)の範囲の量で存在する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、約60~約92重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記交絡させることが、水流交絡させることである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、約6~約55ミリメートル(mm)の平均長さを有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記個別化された靭皮繊維が、亜麻繊維、麻繊維、ジュート繊維、ラミー繊維、イラクサ繊維、レダマ繊維、ケナフ植物繊維、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記PLA繊維が、約120℃~約170℃の融点を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
