Claims (13)
- 電源インタフェースであって、
回路基板との接続に適する本体部と、
前記本体部に接続される複数の隔てられているデータピンと、
複数の隔てられている電源ピンと、を備え、
前記電源ピンは、前記本体部に接続されて、しかも前記データピンと隔てられており、複数の前記電源ピンのうちの少なくとも1つが広幅領域を含み、前記電源ピンの電流負荷量を増加させるように、前記広幅領域の断面積を前記データピンの断面積より大きくし、
前記広幅領域の前記電源ピン先端の近傍位置に段差面が設けられ、前記広幅領域の、前記段差面によって凹んだ部分で凹部が形成され、前記凹部は、電気的に接続する相手側としての電源アダプタの対応するピンと接触せず、前記広幅領域の前記凹部以外の部分は、前記相手側としての電源アダプタの対応するピンと密着することによって電気的に接続する、ことを特徴とする、前記電源インタフェース。 - 前記広幅領域の断面積がSであり、前記S≧0.09805mm2であることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記電源ピンの厚さがDであり、前記Dが0.1mm≦D≦0.3mmを満たすことを特徴とする
請求項1~2のいずれか1項に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記段差面が1つであり、しかも前記広幅領域の第1側壁に位置し、前記第1側壁が導電部材との電気的接続に適することを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記第1側壁の前記段差面の片側に位置する部位が前記導電部材との接触に適する接触面であり、前記第1側壁の前記段差面の他側に位置する部位に絶縁間隔層が敷設され、
前記電源ピンの幅方向において、前記接触面の幅がWであり、前記Wが0.24mm≦W≦0.32mmという条件に満たすことを特徴とする
請求項4に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記広幅領域の対向する2つの側壁が第1側壁及び第2側壁であり、前記第1側壁が導電部材との電気的接続に適し、
前記段差面が2つであって、それぞれ第1段差面及び第2段差面であり、前記第1段差面が前記第1側壁に位置し、前記第2段差面が前記第2側壁に位置し、2つの前記段差面が前記広幅領域の幅方向に間隔を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記第1段差面及び前記第2段差面は、前記広幅領域の幅方向における間隔がゼロであり、同一平面内に位置することを特徴とする
請求項6に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記凹部内に絶縁間隔層が充填されることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記凹部の内壁面にざらざら部が設けられ、前記ざらざら部が前記絶縁間隔層に嵌め込められる突起であるか、又は、内部に絶縁間隔層が充填される溝であることを特徴とする
請求項8に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記広幅領域の前記凹部に除かれて残された、前記広幅領域の厚み方向における側壁が第1壁面であり、前記凹部における、前記第1壁面と隣接する壁面が第2壁面であり、前記第1壁面と前記第2壁面との交差位置に面取りが設けられることを特徴とする
請求項8に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 前記広幅領域が前記電源ピンの中央に位置することを特徴とする
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電源インタフェース。 - 一部の前記電源ピンがVBUSであり、一部の前記電源ピンがGNDであることを特徴とする
請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の電源インタフェース。 - モバイル端末であって、
