Description
固定子と、
固定子の内周側に配置された回転可能な回転子と、から構成され、
前記回転子が、回転軸に固定された回転子コアと、前記回転子コアの外周側に設置された永久磁石と、を備えた同期モータにおいて、
前記回転子コアの外周側に設置された前記永久磁石は主磁石と補助磁石からなり、
前記補助磁石は前記回転子コアの外周側に接して設けられ、
前記主磁石は前記補助磁石の外周側に接して設けられる
同期モータの回転子構造、としたものである。
図1(a)に、本件発明を代表する一形態の断面図を示し、以下、回転子の構造について説明する。
図1(b)は、前記実施の形態1と異なり、回転子コアRcが略正方形とされた形態である。
図1(c)は、前述の実施の形態2における、補助磁石Pmsに断面直方形の板面構造(断面構造を意味するものであって、主軸Cの軸方向に連続する直方体のものであっても差し支えない。)のものを採用したものである。本形態においては、補助磁石Pmsの構造が単純なので、永久磁石Pmの製造、加工や位置決めがより容易になし得ることができ、かつ、そのために低コストで製造することが可能となる。
図2(d)は、前述の実施の形態1~3とは異なり、永久磁石Pmの主磁石Pmmが、回転子コアRcと同芯をなす円環状の磁石からなる例である。
図2(e)は、図2(d)と同様に、永久磁石Pmの主磁石Pmmが、回転子コアRcと同芯をなす円環状の磁石からなる例である。
本件発明の前述の各形態を適用する、回転子コアRcの形態を以下に説明する。
図5には、本件発明の前述の各形態の一部に適用可能な、永久磁石Pmの主磁石Pmmの一例を示す。

Claims (8)
- 固定子と、
固定子の内周側に配置された回転可能な回転子と、から構成され、
前記回転子が、回転軸に固定された回転子コアと、前記回転子コアの外周側に設置された永久磁石と、を備えた同期モータにおいて、
前記回転子コアの外周側に設置された前記永久磁石は主磁石と補助磁石からなり、
前記補助磁石は前記回転子コアの外周側に埋め込まれて設けられ、
前記主磁石は前記補助磁石の外周側に接して設けられること
を特徴とする同期モータの回転子構造。 - 前記補助磁石が前記回転子コアの外周に設けられた複数の凹み又は穴に埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記主磁石及び前記補助磁石は、互いに形状の異なるものである、請求項1又は2に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記主磁石及び前記補助磁石は、互いに材質の異なるものである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記主磁石は、断面がリング形状である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記補助磁石は、円弧の表面に向かって磁束が拡散する拡散配向磁石である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記回転子は、前記回転軸の軸線に直交する各断面が、前記永久磁石のうちの前記主磁石のみを含む断面と、前記主磁石及び前記補助磁石の両者を含む断面と、を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
- 前記回転子は、前記回転軸の軸線方向に、複数枚の鋼板を積層する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の同期モータの回転子構造。
