Description

ここで、燃料に最初に曝された際に系全体として、同じ層構造、1mmの壁厚、および6mmの内径を有する多層パイプでの実験で記載された手法により測定して、不溶性抽出分の0.2g/m2以下、好ましくは0.18g/m2以下、より好ましくは0.16g/m2以下、および可溶性抽出分の7.0g/m2以下、好ましくは6.0g/m2以下、より好ましくは5.5g/m2以下が、多層中空体から流出する。よって、比較可能性をもたらすために、多層中空体が異なる壁形状を有する場合、各層の厚さを1mmの合計壁厚に変える必要がある。
a)ポリアミン-ポリアミドコポリマーを基準として、ポリアミンを0.5質量%~25質量%、好ましくは1質量%~20質量%、より好ましくは1.5質量%~16質量%、このポリアミンは、少なくとも4個、好ましくは少なくとも8個、より好ましくは少なくとも11個の窒素原子を有し、かつ少なくとも146g/mol、好ましくは少なくとも500g/mol、より好ましくは少なくとも800g/molの数平均分子量Mnを有するものであり、および
b)ラクタム、ω-アミノカルボン酸、および/またはジアミンとジカルボン酸との等モルの組み合わせから選択されるポリアミド形成モノマー。

・アジリジンの重合によって得られる分枝鎖状ポリエチレンイミン(Houben-Weyl, Methoden der Organischen Chemie, Vol. E20, pp. 1482-1487, Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart, 1987)であって、一般的に以下のアミノ基分布を有するもの:
第一級アミノ基25%~46%、
第二級アミノ基30%~45%、および
第三級アミノ基16%~40%。
a)安定剤、
b)その他のポリマー、
c)耐衝撃性改質剤、
d)可塑剤、
e)顔料および/または染料
f)導電性を向上させる添加剤、および
g)加工助剤。

VESTAMID SX8002:可塑化され、耐衝撃性が改質された、PA612およびPA6に基づく押出成形組成物、EVONIK Resource Efficiency GmbH製、
VESTAMID SX8001:可塑化され、耐衝撃性が改質された、PA6に基づく押出成形組成物、EVONIK Resource Efficiency GmbH製、
EVAL F101:エチレンを32mol%有する、Kuraray製のEVOH。
8mmの外径、および1mmの合計壁厚を有する5層のパイプを、以下の層構成で共押出成形により製造した:
層V:VESTAMID LX9002
層IV:VESTAMID SX8002
層III;EVAL F101
層II:以下の組成を有する、耐衝撃性が改質された、PA612およびPA6に基づく押出成形組成物:

ポリオレフィン耐衝撃性改質剤10質量%、
安定剤0.5質量%、および
ステアリン酸カルシウム0.02質量%。
8mmの外径、および1mmの合計壁厚を有する4層のパイプを、以下の層構成で共押出成形により製造した:
層V:VESTAMID LX9002
層IV:VESTAMID SX8002
層III:EVAL F101
層I:VESTAMID SX8001。
a)引張試験:多層パイプをDIN EN ISO 527-1に従って、100mm/分の引き取り速度で試験した。試験体は約200mmの長さを有しており、固定した長さは100mmであり、引張センサの間隔は50mmであった。
Claims (14)
- 以下の層:
I.PA11、PA12、PA612、PA610、PA1010、PA1012および/またはPA1212、およびこれらのコポリマー、およびこれらの混合物に基づく成形組成物から構成され、運搬されるまたは貯蔵される媒体と直接接触することが意図されている内層(層I)、
II.以下の成分:
a)PA6、PA66、PA6/66およびこれらの混合物から選択されるポリアミド0~80質量部、
b)ポリアミン-ポリアミドコポリマー0~100質量部、および
c)PA11、PA12、PA612、PA1010、PA1012、PA1212およびこれらの混合物から選択されるポリアミド0~80質量部
に基づく成形組成物から構成される、接着促進層(層II)、
ここで成分a)、b)およびc)の質量部の合計は100であり、かつさらに、成分a)およびb)の合計において少なくとも16質量部が、カプロラクタムおよび/またはヘキサメチレンジアミン/アジピン酸の組み合わせから誘導されるモノマー単位から成り、成分b)およびc)の合計において少なくとも20質量部が、ω-アミノウンデカン酸、ラウロラクタム、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/ドデカン-1,12-二酸の組み合わせ、デカン-1,10-ジアミン/デカン-1,10-二酸の組み合わせ、デカン-1,10-ジアミン/ドデカン-1,12-二酸の組み合わせ、および/またはドデカン-1,12-ジアミン/ドデカン-1,12-二酸の組み合わせから誘導されるモノマー単位から成り、
III.エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー成形組成物から構成される層(層III)
を有する多層中空体であって、
ここで、層Iの成形組成物、および好ましくは層IIの成形組成物も、可塑剤を含有せず、かつ、層IIは成分a)とc)とのブレンドである場合には、2種のポリアミドが末端基によって、またはアミド転移反応によって相互に反応してブロックコポリマーになるか、または有効量の成分b)が添加される条件でブレンドを製造し、燃料に最初に曝された際に系全体として、同じ層構造、1mmの壁厚、および6mmの内径を有する多層パイプでの実験でテストf)として記載された手法により測定して、不溶性抽出分の0.2g/m2以下、および可溶性抽出分の7.0g/m2以下が、前記多層中空体から流出し、
長さ2mのパイプ部を、FAM B試験燃料(DIN 51604-1/2に準拠)で完全に充填して閉鎖し、60℃で96時間、貯蔵し、冷却後に、パイプの中身をビーカーに空け、FAM B20mlですすぎ、得られた液体を23℃で24時間、貯蔵し、その後、試験液体を減圧下、23℃で濾過し、FAM B20mlですすぎ、濾過した媒体を、ドラフトチャンバ内で室温にて蒸発させ、秤量により可溶性抽出分を得て、フィルターを40℃で24時間、乾燥させ、秤量し、フィルターの本来の質量との差を、不溶性抽出分を特定するために使用した、前記多層中空体。 - 層I、IIおよびIIIが直接連続して続くことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の多層中空体。
- 層Iの成形組成物のポリアミドが、PA612であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれか記載の多層中空体。
- 好ましくはポリアミド成形組成物から成る少なくとも1つのさらなる層と、層IIIの外側で隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体。
- さらなる層が、層IIと同じポリアミドの組み合わせを含有する層IVであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の多層中空体。
- さらなる層のうちの1つが、層IVに続く層Vであり、かつ層Iと同じポリアミドに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項4および5のいずれか記載の多層中空体。
- 中空異形材、特にパイプ、または容器であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体。
- 導電性層およびエラストマー外装から選択される1つ以上のさらなる層を有することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の多層中空体。
- 燃料系の構成部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体。
- 燃料ラインまたは燃料容器であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の多層中空体。
- 層I、II、およびIIIの成形組成物は、さらなるポリアミドを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体。
- 層IIの成分a)とc)とのブレンドであるポリアミドブレンドは、280℃超の温度で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体。
- 燃料系の構成部材としての、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体の使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の多層中空体を含む燃料系。
