Description
本出願は、2010年5月7日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/332,230号、2010年8月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/373,498号および2011年1月28日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/437,507号に関連し、それらから優先権を主張する。それらの開示は本明細書にその全体が参照として援用される。
A)マトリクス材料の一部またはシートはドナー組織部位に配置され得、管および管内に提供されるピンの遠位端は各々、マトリクス材料の上面に近接して配置され得る。
B)管およびピンは、マトリクスを貫通するように一緒に移動され得、ドナー部位の表面に近接して配置され得る。
C)次いでピンの遠位端がドナー部位の表面に存在したままで、管は、周囲組織から組織の一部を切断するためにドナー部位の組織内に下方に移動され得る。
D)次いで管の遠位端がマトリクス材料の下面またはマトリクス材料内に近接するまで、管およびピンは同時に後退され得、切断された組織を含む微小移植片は管の遠位部内に存在したままである。
E)次いでピンの位置がマトリクスに対して実質的に固定して保持されながら、管はマトリクスからさらに後退され得、それにより、管が微小移植片周囲から後退されると、微小移植片は、固定されたピンによりマトリクス材料内に保持され、マトリクス内に存在したままになる。
Claims (6)
- 生体組織から複数の微小移植片を得るためのシステムであって、
複数の管であって、各管は、管の遠位端に設けられる少なくとも2つの先端部を備える、複数の管と、
複数のピンであって、各ピンは、各管の対応する中心の内腔内に少なくとも部分的に設けられる、複数のピンと、
各管に対して各ピンを制御可能に位置決めするための、複数の第1のアクチュエータと、
ドナー部位に配置するための基板と、
前記基板に固定される複数の支持部と、
各管が前記基板に設けられる複数の穴のうちの対応する穴を通過するように、各管は、前記基板に摺動可能に取り付けられ、
前記基板に対して各管の位置を同時に制御するように構成される位置決め構成と、
を備え、
各管の少なくとも1つの部分は、前記管の前記少なくとも1つの部分がドナー部位から引き抜かれるときに、ドナー部位から生体組織の部分を同時に除去するためにドナー部位で生体組織に挿入されるように構成され、
各ピンは、各管からの前記生体組織の前記部分の同時除去を容易にするために構成される、
システム。 - 前記複数の第1のアクチュエータの各々は、前記複数の支持部のうちの1つに固定され、第1の接続アームを用いて前記複数の管のうちの1つに機械的に結合される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の第2のアクチュエータをさらに備え、各第2のアクチュエータは、前記複数の支持部のうちの1つに固定され、第2の接続アームを用いて前記複数のピンのうちの1つに機械的に結合される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1および第2のアクチュエータは、各支持部に対して前記第1および第2の接続アームを制御可能に位置決めするための制御装置をさらに備え、前記第1および第2の接続アームは、互いに独立して移動可能である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1および第2のアクチュエータは、2cm未満の移動範囲を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 生体組織から複数の微小移植片を得るためのシステムであって、
管の遠位端に設けられる少なくとも2つの先端部を備える複数の管と、
各々、前記複数の管の各々の中心の内腔内に少なくとも部分的に設けられる複数のピンと、
複数のアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータの各々は、前記複数の管のうちの1つに対して前記複数のピンのうちの1つを制御可能に位置決めすることができる、複数のアクチュエータと、
を備え、
各管の少なくとも1つの部分は、前記管の前記少なくとも1つの部分がドナー部位から引き抜かれるときに、ドナー部位から生体組織の部分を同時に除去するためにドナー部位で生体組織に同時に挿入されるように構成され、
各ピンは、各管からの前記生体組織の前記部分の同時除去を容易にするために構成される、
システム。
