Description
Claims (11)
- 一対の固定接触子と、アクチュエータにより上下運動して前記一対の固定接触子に接離する可動接触子とを含む直流リレーにおいて、
前記可動接触子の下方に備えられ、シャフトにより前記アクチュエータに連結される可動子支持台と、
前記可動接触子の上方に配置され、前記可動子支持台に固定される可動子ホルダと、
前記可動接触子と前記可動子支持台間に備えられ、前記可動接触子に接圧力を供給する接圧スプリングと、
前記可動接触子及び前記可動子ホルダに貫設される支持ピンとを含む直流リレー。 - 前記可動接触子及び前記可動子ホルダには、中央部にそれぞれ前記支持ピンが挿入される貫通孔及び挿入孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持ピンに対して外力が加わらない状態で、前記挿入孔の直径は、前記支持ピンの直径より小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記貫通孔の直径は、前記支持ピンの直径より大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持ピンは、スプリング板で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持ピンは、断面がC字状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動接触子の下面部には、前記支持ピンを支持する可動支持部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動子支持台の上面には、前記接圧スプリングの下端を支持するスプリング支持部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持ピンは、前記可動子ホルダの上方に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 可動子ホルダの上面には、前記支持ピンを支持するように上方に延びる支持管部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持ピンの下端には、外周面に沿ってリング状に突設される支持リング部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
