Description
一方で、本発明者は、駆動伝達の際の音の発生を抑え、静粛性の高い弁装置として構成することを検討している。
上記態様によれば、複数の磁気伝達体がベース部材に一体的に組み込まれて構成されるため、磁気伝達部材としての取扱いや弁装置への組付けが行い易い。
上記態様によれば、車両用の冷凍サイクル装置に用いる静粛性の高い弁装置として提供可能である。
図2に示すように、膨張弁装置30は、基台ブロック31内に構成される膨張弁13と、基台ブロック31に対して一体的に固定されて膨張弁13を駆動する駆動装置32とを備える。
(1)電動駆動部(モータ)42の回転軸42aの回転を減速する磁気減速部43は、駆動側回転体44の各磁石磁極(磁極44n,44s)、磁気伝達部材45の各磁気伝達体45a及び従動側回転体46の各磁石磁極(磁極46n,46s)のそれぞれ数を磁気減速可能な例えば「2」「6」「10」に設定される。このような磁気減速部43は、駆動側回転体44から磁気伝達部材45を介して従動側回転体46に非接触で駆動伝達するため、駆動伝達の際に極めて静粛性が高く、膨張弁装置30として静粛性高く構成することが期待できる。
・駆動側回転体44の各磁極44n,44s、磁気伝達部材45の各磁気伝達体45a及び従動側回転体46の各磁極46n,46sの数をそれぞれ「2」「6」「10」として磁気減速する構成としたが、上記で挙げた数は一例であり、適宜変更してもよい。
・膨張弁装置30(膨張弁13)以外の弁に適用してもよく、実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置Dで言えば例えば統合弁装置24に適用してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 冷凍サイクル装置の循環路内を流れる冷媒の流動態様を変更する弁と、前記弁を駆動する駆動装置とを備え、前記駆動装置の駆動源に電動駆動部を用いる電動式の弁装置であって、
前記電動駆動部から前記弁までの駆動伝達上において前記電動駆動部の駆動に基づいて生じる回転を変速する変速部を備え、
前記変速部は、前記電動駆動部の駆動に基づき回転すると共に回転方向に複数の磁石磁極を有する駆動側回転体と、前記磁石磁極にて励磁可能な複数の磁気伝達体を回転方向に互いに離間して配置してなる磁気伝達部材と、前記回転方向に複数の磁石磁極を有し前記磁気伝達体を介した前記駆動側回転体の各磁石磁極の回転動作に追従して回転する従動側回転体とを備え、前記駆動側回転体、前記磁気伝達部材及び前記従動側回転体の前記磁石磁極及び前記磁気伝達体の数を異ならせて減速又は増速する磁気変速部として構成され、前記駆動側回転体から前記磁気伝達部材を介して前記従動側回転体に非接触で駆動伝達するように構成され、
前記変速部は、前記駆動側回転体、前記磁気伝達部材及び前記従動側回転体がそれぞれ自身の軸方向に対向するように構成され、
前記冷凍サイクル装置の循環路の一部が構成されると共に、前記弁の弁体が収容される基台ブロックと、前記弁体が収容される前記基台ブロックの弁収容穴の開口部を液密に閉塞する閉塞板とを備え、
前記駆動装置側に設けられる前記変速部の駆動側回転体及び磁気伝達部材と、前記基台ブロック側に設けられる前記変速部の従動側回転体との間に、前記閉塞板が介在されて構成されていることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記磁気伝達部材は、複数の前記磁気伝達体を非磁性のベース部材に一体的に組み込まれて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記駆動側回転体及び前記従動側回転体は、前記磁気伝達部材に対向する各磁気対向面にそれぞれ前記磁石磁極を有するものであり、前記磁気対向面に主として磁極が現れる極異方性磁石にて前記磁石磁極が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記変速部の従動側回転体の回転動作から前記弁の弁体自身の軸方向の直動動作に変換するネジ機構を備え、
前記電動駆動部の駆動に基づく前記変速部及び前記ネジ機構を介した前記弁体の直動動作にて前記冷媒の流動態様を変更するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の弁装置。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置は、車両に搭載される車両用の冷凍サイクル装置であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の弁装置。
