Description
直径5mm~10mmのコルク破砕片の集合体であるコルク破砕片集合体を準備する。
コルク破砕片と被覆用ラテックス混合物とを混合してコルク-被覆用ラテックス混合物を形成する。
コルク-被覆用ラテックス混合物を乾燥させた後(特に被覆用ラテックス混合物の分散媒を乾燥除去した後)、加硫成形して、コルク破砕片とコルク破砕片との間に空き空間である複数の本体結合用開口部が形成されたブロック型被覆コルクを形成する。
(3)過程で製造されたブロック型被覆コルクをスライス切断加工して厚さ0.2mm~4mmのシート状被覆コルクを得る。
シート状被覆コルクに足底型本体部材を積層する。
足底型本体部材がシート状被覆コルクに積層された状態で、足底型本体部材を加圧加熱して足底型本体部材の一部を、シート状被覆コルクに形成された本体結合用開口部に入り込ませ、足底型本体部材とシート状被覆コルクとを結合させて足底型部材、すなわちインソールまたはソールを完成する。
以下、本発明による具体的な実施形態を説明する。
直径5mm~10mmのコルク破砕片の分布率が70%以上であるコルク破砕片集合体を準備した。このコルク破砕片は、ポルトガルからの輸入品である。
厚さ8mmの板状のEVAスポンジおよび厚さ1.5mmの前記シート状被覆コルクを同じ裁断型から取り出し、インソール3D成形金型に、下層にEVAスポンジ、上層にシート状被覆コルクを重ねた状態で仕込んで加熱成形機の加圧(80kgf/cm3)で、熱板温度150℃に調整して、5min間(1次)プレス成形条件で3Dインソールが作られた。
Claims (3)
- 直径5mm~10mmのコルク破砕片の集合体であるコルク破砕片集合体を準備するコルク破砕片集合体準備ステップと、
前記コルク破砕片集合体100重量部に対してクロロプレンゴムラテックス(固形分濃度50%~60%)30~50重量部、天然ゴムラテックス(固形分濃度40%~60%)15~25重量部、安定剤2~4重量部、湿潤剤2~4重量部、増粘剤4~6重量部、加硫剤1~3重量部を攪拌翼のないドラム回転式混合器で混合してコルク-被覆用ラテックス混合物を形成するコルク-被覆用ラテックス混合物形成ステップと、
前記コルク-被覆用ラテックス混合物を自然乾燥させた後、加硫成形して、前記コルク破砕片と前記コルク破砕片との間に空き空間である複数の本体結合用開口部が形成されたブロック型被覆コルクを形成するが、複数の前記本体結合用開口部の空間占有率は前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け体積の10~60%であり、前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け比重は0.12~0.35g/cm3であるブロック型被覆コルク形成ステップと、
前記ブロック型被覆コルクをスライス切断加工して厚さ0.2mm~4mmのシート状被覆コルクを得るシート状被覆コルク作成ステップと、
前記シート状被覆コルクにソール本体またはインソール本体である足底型本体部材を積層する足底型本体部材積層ステップと、
前記シート状被覆コルクに積層された前記足底型本体部材を加圧加熱して前記足底型本体部材の一部を、前記シート状被覆コルクに形成された本体結合用開口部に入り込ませて結合させ、前記足底型本体部材の一部が前記本体結合用開口部を介して外部に露出される足底型部材を製造する足底型部材製造ステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とする、シート状被覆コルクが結合された足底型部材の製造方法。 - 加硫成形された被覆用ラテックスによって直径5mm~10mmのコルク破砕片が互いに結合され、前記コルク破砕片と前記コルク破砕片との間に空き空間である複数の本体結合用開口部が形成されたブロック型被覆コルクをスライス切断加工して厚さ0.2mm~4mmのシート状に製作されたシート状被覆コルクと、前記シート状被覆コルクの上部に積層されたソール本体とを含んでなり、
複数の前記本体結合用開口部の空間占有率は前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け体積の10~60%であり、
前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け比重は0.12~0.35g/cm3であり、
前記ソール本体は、加圧加熱によってその一部が前記シート状被覆コルクの本体結合用開口部に入り込んで前記本体結合用開口部を介して外部に露出されながら前記シート状被覆コルクに結合されたことを特徴とする、シート状被覆コルクが結合されたソール。 - 加硫成形された被覆用ラテックスによって直径5mm~10mmのコルク破砕片が互いに結合され、前記コルク破砕片と前記コルク破砕片との間に空き空間である複数の本体結合用開口部が形成されたブロック型被覆コルクをスライス切断加工して厚さ0.2mm~4mmのシート状に製作されたシート状被覆コルクと、前記シート状被覆コルクの下部に積層されたインソール本体とを含んでなり、
複数の前記本体結合用開口部の空間占有率は前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け体積の10~60%であり、
前記ブロック型被覆コルクの見掛け比重は0.12~0.35g/cm3であり、
前記インソール本体は、加圧加熱によってその一部が前記シート状被覆コルクの本体結合用開口部に入り込んで前記本体結合用開口部を介して外部に露出されながら前記シート状被覆コルクに結合されたことを特徴とする、シート状被覆コルクが結合されたインソール。
