Description
複列の外側軌道面を有する外方部材と、
ハブ輪及び当該ハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された内輪からなる複列の内側軌道面を有する内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材のそれぞれの軌道面間に介装される複列の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法であって、
前記外方部材又は前記内方部材を相対的に回転させて仕事率を算出する仕事率算出工程と、
前記仕事率算出工程で算出された仕事率に基づいて予圧荷重値を算出する予圧荷重値算出工程と、
前記予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値が許容範囲内に収まるか否かによって合否を判定する合否判定工程と、を備えている、ものである。
前記仕事率算出工程は、複数の回転速度における仕事率を算出し、
前記予圧荷重値算出工程は、そのうちの二つの仕事率の差分に基づいて予圧荷重値を算出する、ものである。
前記予圧荷重値算出工程は、予め定めた「仕事率の差分と予圧荷重値の関係」に対して仕事率の差分を当てはめて相当する予圧荷重値を算出する、ものである。
前記予圧荷重値算出工程は、予め定めた「仕事率の差分に対する逆数と予圧荷重値の関係」に対して仕事率の差分に対する逆数を当てはめて相当する予圧荷重値を算出する、ものである。
前記車輪用軸受装置の内部隙間に基づいて予圧荷重値を算出する別途の予圧荷重値算出工程を備え、
前記合否判定工程は、前記予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値が前記別途の予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値を含む許容範囲内に収まるか否かによって合否を判定する、ものである。

Claims (4)
- 複列の外側軌道面を有する外方部材と、
ハブ輪及び当該ハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された内輪からなる複列の内側軌道面を有する内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材のそれぞれの軌道面間に介装される複列の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法であって、
前記外方部材又は前記内方部材を相対的に回転させて複数の回転速度における仕事率を算出する仕事率算出工程と、
前記仕事率算出工程で算出された仕事率のうちの二つの仕事率の差分に基づいて予圧荷重値を算出する予圧荷重値算出工程と、
前記予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値が許容範囲内に収まるか否かによって合否を判定する合否判定工程と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法。 - 前記予圧荷重値算出工程は、予め定めた「仕事率の差分と予圧荷重値の関係」に対して仕事率の差分を当てはめて相当する予圧荷重値を算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法。
- 前記予圧荷重値算出工程は、予め定めた「仕事率の差分に対する逆数と予圧荷重値の関係」に対して仕事率の差分に対する逆数を当てはめて相当する予圧荷重値を算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法。
- 前記車輪用軸受装置の内部隙間に基づいて予圧荷重値を算出する別途の予圧荷重値算出工程を備え、
前記合否判定工程は、前記予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値が前記別途の予圧荷重値算出工程で算出された予圧荷重値を中心とした許容範囲内に収まるか否かによって合否を判定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車輪用軸受装置の予圧検査方法。
