Description
本実施形態にかかる油温センサ1は、オイルの温度を検知するセンサ本体10を備えている。
本実施形態では、ハウジングアッシー80の形状が上記第1実施形態とは異なっているが、その他の構成は上記第1実施形態で示した構成と同様の構成をしている。また、本実施形態にかかる油温センサ1を構成する各部材は、上記第1実施形態で示した材料を用いて形成されている。

Claims (8)
- オイルの温度を検知するサーミスタが実装されたリードフレームを、先端側の端子部が外部に露出するようにハウジングと一体化させたハウジングアッシーを備え、
前記ハウジングには、電線と、前記電線の被覆体から露出した導体に電気的に接続されるとともに、前記端子部に電気的に接続されるジョイント端子部と、を有する電線付端子が挿入される溝部が直線状に形成されており、
前記溝部は、前記溝部の延在方向の両側および前記延在方向と交差する一方向が開口するように形成されており、
前記溝部には、前記ジョイント端子部の一部および前記電線の前記被覆体の一部が挿入されており、
前記ジョイント端子部は、前記電線に接続されて、前記溝部に挿入される電線接続部と、前記電線接続部に連設されて、前記溝部に挿入される被挿入部と、前記被挿入部に連設されて、前記ハウジングの外側に露出するとともに、前記端子部に電気的に接続される接続端子部と、を備えていることを特徴とする油温センサ。 - 前記溝部における前記被覆体が挿入される部位には、前記溝部の内側に突出する圧入リブが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油温センサ。
- 前記溝部には、前記溝部の延在方向と交差する方向に凹んだ位置決め凹部が形成されており、
前記被挿入部には、前記電線付端子を前記溝部に挿入した状態で、前記位置決め凹部に配置される位置決め突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油温センサ。 - 前記位置決め突起には、前記一方向の開口側に向けて立ち上がる立ち上がり片が連設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油温センサ。
- 前記接続端子部の前記ハウジング側には、前記電線付端子を前記溝部に挿入した状態で、前記ハウジングに突き当たって前記電線付端子の前記溝部の延在方向への移動を規制する位置規制部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のうちいずれか1項に記載の油温センサ。
- 位置規制部には、前記一方向の開口側に向けて立ち上がる立ち上がり片が連設されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油温センサ。
- 前記電線付端子を前記溝部に挿入した状態で、前記端子部と接続端子部とが接触するように構成されており、
前記端子部と接続端子部とが機械的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のうちいずれか1項に記載の油温センサ。 - 前記端子部および前記接続端子部のうち少なくともいずれか一方の端子部は、前記ハウジングから離れた部位を他方の端子部に向けて屈曲させた形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のうちいずれか1項に記載の油温センサ。
