真空ポンプを備えた前記ポンプハウジング部品と、前記フィルターキャップ部品と、排気密閉容器が身体の一部に合わさり、そこに前記身体と前記排気密閉容器との間に形成される内部容積を有するチャンバーを形成するように構成され、前記ポンプハウジング部品を受けるための通過孔を備えた排気密閉容器とを備え、前記一体型ポンプ/フィルターユニットが前記通過孔へ挿入され、前記通過孔の実質的に気密な密閉が形成されるように構成された真空ポンプ濾過システムに用いられ、
