Description
各試験タイヤをそれぞれリムサイズ20×9 1/2Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧360kPa、荷重5kNの条件でドラム試験機にて走行試験を実施した。具体的には、初期速度250km/hとし、20分毎に10km/hずつ速度を増加させ、タイヤに故障が発生するまで走行させ、その到達ステップ(速度)を測定した。その結果を表1及び表2に示す。
ここで言う耐久性は、主として帯状吸音材同士の擦れに対する評価を示す。各試験タイヤをそれぞれリムサイズ20×9 1/2Jのホイールに組み付け、走行速度80km/h、空気圧160kPa、荷重8.5kN、走行距離6,000kmの条件でドラム試験機にて走行試験を実施した後、帯状吸音材同士の擦れの有無を目視により確認した。その結果を表1及び表2に示す。上記の項目において、帯状吸音材同士の擦れが無い場合を「◎」で示し、帯状吸音材同士の擦れが帯状吸音材全体の1/8未満の場合を「○」で示し、帯状吸音材同士の擦れが帯状吸音材全体の1/8以上1/4未満の場合を「△」で示し、帯状吸音材同士の擦れが帯状吸音材全体の1/4以上の場合を「×」で示した。

Claims (6)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、前記トレッド部の内面にタイヤ周方向に沿って帯状吸音材が接着された空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記帯状吸音材の外周面に複数の切り込みを有し、かつ各切り込みの両端部が前記帯状吸音材の内側で終端し、前記切り込みが前記帯状吸音材の外周面に開口する一方で前記帯状吸音材の内周面には開口していないことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記切り込みのタイヤ周方向に対する角度θが40°≦θ≦90°の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記切り込みの深さdが前記帯状吸音材の厚さDに対して20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記帯状吸音材の切り込みの幅aが前記帯状吸音材の幅Aに対して40%〜90%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記帯状吸音材の体積が前記タイヤの内腔体積に対して10%〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記帯状吸音材がタイヤ周方向の少なくとも一箇所に欠落部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
