Claims (12)
- 複数のセンサ電極と配線とを基材フィルムに形成したタッチセンサにおいて、
前記複数のセンサ電極を設けた立体形状の入力検知部を有する本体部と、前記配線を接続対象物と接続する端子部を有し前記本体部から突出するテール部と、を備え、
前記端子部には前記配線を保護する端子保護層を有し、
前記端子部の範囲内T1における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t1が前記基材フィルム全体の中で最大厚みであることを特徴とするタッチセンサ。 - 複数のセンサ電極と配線とを基材フィルムに形成したタッチセンサにおいて、
前記複数のセンサ電極を設けた立体形状の入力検知部を有する本体部と、前記配線を接続対象物と接続する端子部を有し前記本体部から突出するテール部と、を備え、
前記端子部には前記配線を保護する端子保護層を有し、
前記端子部の範囲内T1における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t1と、前記端子部の範囲内T1を除く最大のフィルム厚を有する任意の平坦部T0における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t0との厚み差が10%以下であることを特徴とするタッチセンサ。 - 前記本体部の前記テール部との境界に、前記テール部から立ち上がる側壁部を有する
請求項1又は請求項2記載のタッチセンサ。 - 前記端子部の範囲内T1における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t1と、
前記テール部と前記本体部との境界から前記テール部側に5mm寄った位置T2における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t2と、前記側壁部T3における前記基材フィルムのフィルム厚t3と、を比較した際に、t1はt2及びt3よりも厚い
請求項3記載のタッチセンサ。 - さらに、前記端子部以外の前記テール部に設けた前記配線を覆う絶縁性のレジスト層を有する
請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載のタッチセンサ。 - 前記端子保護層が、導電性カーボン粉末を含有する鉛筆硬度2H以上のカーボン層である請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載のタッチセンサ。
- 前記配線が銀フィラーを含有する導電性塗膜層でなる
請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載のタッチセンサ。 - 前記端子部を覆う非伸張性被膜を有する
請求項1〜請求項7何れか1項記載のタッチセンサ。 - 前記非伸張性被膜は、200℃以上の荷重たわみ温度を有する耐熱性樹脂からなる
請求項8記載のタッチセンサ。 - 筐体と、前記筐体の内部に設けた請求項1〜請求項9何れか1項記載のタッチセンサとを備える電子機器。
- 平坦な基材フィルムに複数のセンサ電極と、前記複数のセンサ電極から伸長する配線と、前記配線を保護する端子保護層とを形成する第1の工程と、
前記配線を接続対象物と接続するために前記基材フィルムに設けられる端子部を少なくとも覆う範囲に、非伸張性被膜を貼り付ける第2の工程と、
前記基材フィルムに、前記複数のセンサ電極を有する立体形状の入力検知部を立体成形する第3の工程とを含むタッチセンサの製造方法。 - 前記第3の工程は、前記入力検知部を有する本体部と前記端子部を有するテール部との間に前記テール部から立ち上がる側壁部をさらに立体成形する
請求項11記載のタッチセンサの製造方法。
