Claims (10)
- 薬剤充填カートリッジを備える、または薬剤充填カートリッジを受容するように適合された薬剤送達装置(200、300)であって、
ハウジング(201、301)と、
吐出アセンブリとを備え、前記吐出アセンブリは、
受容されたカートリッジにおいてピストンに係合し遠位方向に前記ピストンを軸方向に変位させ、そうすることで前記カートリッジから薬剤の用量を吐出するように適合されたピストンロッドと、
軸を画定する駆動部材(260、360)と、
ばねハウジング(250、350)と、
前記ばねハウジングまたは前記駆動部材に結合されたねじりばね(255)と、
ユーザが、吐出されるべき用量の量を設定すると同時に、前記駆動部材の回転によって対応して前記駆動ばねを歪めることを可能にする用量設定手段であって、
用量設定中に前記駆動部材に回転的に結合され、用量を設定するために第1の方向に回転するように適合された用量設定部材(280)、および
前記駆動部材が、前記歪められた駆動ばねの付勢に対抗して設定回転位置に保持されることを可能にするラチェット機構
を備える用量設定手段と、
前記設定用量の量を吐出するために、前記歪められた駆動ばねを解放して前記駆動部材を回転させるように適合された解放手段であって、近位の初期位置と作動された遠位の解放位置との間で前記ハウジングに対して軸方向に可動である解放ボタン(290、390)を備える解放手段と

前記ばねハウジングは、前記ハウジングに螺旋結合され、前記ばねが、前記ばねハウジングに対して接線力を作用させ、そうすることで前記ばねハウジングを近位方向に付勢し、
