Claims (2)
- パッケージ密封システムに使用される超音波モジュールであって、
(a)移動自在な前方顎部と、
(b)前記前方顎部の内部に配置された細長いソノトロードであって、当該ソノトロードの幅方向に延びる細長いシール面を含み、当該シール面の幅は少なくとも12インチ(30.48cm)である、前記ソノトロードと、
(c)移動自在な後方顎部と、
(d)前記ソノトロードと対向する前記後方顎部に取付けられたアンビルであって、前記ソノトロードの前記細長いシール面に対応する細長い形状を有し、前記ソノトロードと機械的に協動してパッケージを密封するものである、前記アンビルと、
を有し、この超音波モジュールは、さらに、
前記前方顎部に連結され、前記後方顎部がスライド自在に取付けられた第1および第2のガイドシャフトと、
前記前方顎部および前記ソノトロードがスライド自在に取付けられた支持フレームと、
当該超音波ジュールに対してセルフレベリング特性を提供する二重強度システムであって、前記前方顎部と前記支持フレームとの間に配置されかつ前記ソノトロードのいずれかの側部上に配置される第1および第2の付勢アセンブリを含むものである、前記二重強度システムと、
を含み、
当該超音波モジュールは、パッケージ密封装置に使用されるように構成されており、前記パッケージ密封装置は縦型製袋充填機または横型製袋充填機である、
超音波モジュール。 - 請求項1記載の超音波モジュールにおいて、さらに、
前記ソノトロードに対して所定量の超音波エネルギーを提供する単一の超音波トランスデューサを含むものである、超音波モジュール。
