得られた油中水型乳化化粧料を0.02g量りとり、上腕内側部の2cm×2cmの範囲に塗り伸ばし、30分間乾燥させた。引き続いて、塗布部分に、市販の洗顔料((株)ファンケル化粧品製 モイストボディウォッシュ)を1プッシュ置いて20回指で擦り洗浄し、流水で洗い流す。この洗浄を3回繰り返した後、軽くティッシュで押さえて水分を除去し、目視観察し評価した。
評価基準は、下記基準によった。

4.評価結果及び考察
本発明の構成をとる実施例1〜4の油中水型乳化粧料は、金属酸化物を24質量%と高配合しているにも関わらず、肌に塗布した時に白浮きがなく、かつ水に濡れても白くならず、しかも洗浄しやすいことが確認出来た。また全ての実施例が塗布に際して、伸びが良いとの評価を得た。
中でも(C)界面活性剤としてビス−(グリセリル/ラウリル)グリセリルラウリルジメチコンを配合した実施例1は、水で濡れた時の透明性(白浮きの無さ)が特に優れており、目視による官能評価結果は「◎:白浮きがない」であり、洗浄性も「○:落としやす
い」と評価された。また、肌に塗布するときに、特に伸びが良いとの特記があった。
さらに、実施例1〜4の化粧料はUVカット効果に優れていることが確認された。
一方、比較例1〜4は、肌に塗布した時に白浮きがなく透明性はあったが、水に濡れた時に白浮きしてしまい透明性が悪くなってしまった。比較例1〜4は、洗浄性については「○:落としやすい」と評価されたが、前述したとおり水に濡れた時に白浮きが発生するため好ましくないとの官能評価員の総合評価であった。
比較例5〜9は、肌に塗布した時に白浮きがなく透明性があり、水に濡れた時も白浮きせずに透明性も良いとの評価であった。しかし、洗浄性が悪く「×:落としにくい」と評価された。比較例5〜9も、好ましくないとの官能評価員の総合評価であった。
比較例10〜14は、任意の界面活性剤の配合量が6質量%と高いにも係らず洗浄性の評価が低かった。このため好ましくないとの官能評価員の総合評価であった。
4. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, there was no whitening when applied to the skin and there was transparency, but when it got wet with water, whitening occurred and the transparency deteriorated. Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were evaluated as "○: easy to remove" in terms of detergency, but as described above, it was a comprehensive evaluation by the sensory evaluator that it was not preferable because whitening occurred when it got wet with water. ..
Comparative Examples 5 to 9 were evaluated to have no whitening and transparency when applied to the skin, and to have good transparency without whitening even when wet with water. However, it was evaluated as "x: difficult to remove" due to poor detergency. Comparative Examples 5 to 9 were also comprehensive evaluations by sensory evaluators who were unfavorable.
In Comparative Examples 10 to 14, the evaluation of detergency was low even though the blending amount of the arbitrary surfactant was as high as 6% by mass. Therefore, it was a comprehensive evaluation by the sensory evaluator, which was unfavorable.
以上のとおり官能評価結果から、本発明の構成をとる油中水型乳化粧料は、金属酸化物を高配合しているにも関わらず伸びが良く、肌に塗布した時に白浮きがなく、水に濡れても白くならず、しかも洗浄しやすいことが明らかとなった。
本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料は、前記特性を有しているので、金属酸化物を高配合した日焼け止め化粧料や化粧下地、ファンデーションなどの油中水型乳化化粧料として好ましいものである。

(調製方法)
成分1.〜10.を室温で混合し、ホモミキサー(3000rpm)で10分間混合した。混合物に成分11.〜13.を投入しながら、ホモミキサー(3000rpm)で混合し、乳化した(1〜2分間)。ホモミキサー(4500rpm)で10分間混合を継続し、調製を終了した。
処方例1の日焼け止め乳液は、伸びがよく、肌に塗布した時に全く白浮きしなかった。水に濡れても白浮きせず、透明性に優れていた。また、油性クレンジング料で落とさなくても洗顔料で簡単に落とすことが出来た。
