Claims (10)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に位置しており、互いに隣り合う正極および負極を有する検知電極と、
前記正極と電気的に接続された正極端子および前記負極と電気的に接続された負極端子を含む接続端子と、を備えており、
前記負極の体積が、前記正極の体積よりも小さく、
前記正極および負極が、それぞれ、線幅方向に互いに離れ合って配列された直線状の複数の電極線を有しており、
前記負極の電極線の線幅が、前記負極の電極線に隣り合う前記正極の電極線の線幅よりも小さい、センサ基板。 - 平面視において、前記負極は、前記正極よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のセンサ基板。
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に位置しており、互いに隣り合う正極および負極を有する検知電極と、
前記正極と電気的に接続された正極端子および前記負極と電気的に接続された負極端子を含む接続端子と、を備えており、
前記負極の体積が、前記正極の体積よりも小さく、
前記負極の厚みは、前記正極の厚みよりも小さいセンサ基板。 - 前記正極および負極が、それぞれ、前記複数の電極線の端部間を直線状に連結している連結線をさらに有している、請求項1に記載のセンサ基板。
- 前記複数の電極線は、それぞれ、断続的に位置している複数の導体を有し、前記複数の導体は互いに電気的に接続している、請求項1または4に記載のセンサ基板。
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に位置しており、互いに隣り合う正極および負極を有する検知電極と、
前記正極と電気的に接続された正極端子および前記負極と電気的に接続された負極端子を含む接続端子と、を備えており、
前記負極の体積が、前記正極の体積よりも小さく、
前記負極が、平面視において、前記絶縁基板の外周に沿って位置する外周部を有しており、前記外周部よりも内方において、前記正極と前記負極とが互いに隣り合って位置しているセンサ基板。 - 前記絶縁基板は、発熱部を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセンサ基板。
- 前記絶縁基板は、前記発熱部に電気的に接続されたヒーター端子をさらに有する、請求項7に記載のセンサ基板。
- 前記ヒーター端子は、前記絶縁基板の表面であって前記検知電極の近辺に位置している、請求項8に記載のセンサ基板。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のセンサ基板と、
前記接続端子に接続された直流電源と、を備えるセンサ装置。
