Claims (9)
- 層状に配置した粉末に部分的にエネルギを付与して、前記粉末を溶融又は焼結させ、三次元積層造形物を製造する三次元積層造形物製造装置であって、
層状に配置された前記粉末を保持する粉末保持部と、
前記粉末保持部に保持された前記粉末に対して予熱を行う加熱部と、
前記粉末及び前記三次元積層造形物の少なくとも一方を含む対象物から放射された輻射熱を前記粉末保持部側に反射させる反射面を含む反射膜が配置される反射部と、
前記反射膜を移動させて、新たな反射面を前記反射部に配置する反射面更新部と、を備え、
前記反射面更新部は、
前記反射部に配置される前の前記反射膜が巻かれた反射膜供給ロールと、
前記反射部に配置された後の前記反射膜を巻き取る反射膜回収ロールと、
前記反射膜回収ロールを駆動する駆動部と、を有する、
三次元積層造形物製造装置。 - 前記粉末保持部を収容するチャンバを備え、
前記チャンバ内に、前記反射部及び前記反射面更新部が収容されている請求項1に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。 - 前記反射面更新部は、前記反射部に対して、前記粉末保持部とは反対側から、前記粉末保持部側へ、前記反射膜を移動させる請求項1又は2に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。
- 前記反射膜の移動を案内すると共に、前記反射膜の移動に伴って回転するガイドローラを備える請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。
- 前記ガイドローラを変位させるガイドローラ移動機構を備える請求項4に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。
- 前記ガイドローラ移動機構は、前記加熱部による予熱を行う際に、前記ガイドローラを前記粉末保持部側に接近させるように移動させ、前記粉末保持部に前記粉末を供給する際に、前記ガイドローラを前記粉末保持部から離間させるように移動させる請求項5に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。
- 前記反射面の汚れを検知する汚れセンサと、
前記汚れセンサによる検知結果に基づいて、前記反射膜の移動時期を設定する更新時期設定部と、を備える請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。 - 前記反射面は、第1反射面と、前記粉末保持部に保持された前記粉末の表面に対して、前記第1反射面よりも遠い位置に配置された第2反射面とを含み、
前記粉末の前記表面に対する前記第1反射面の傾斜角は、前記粉末の前記表面に対する前記第2反射面の傾斜角よりも小さい請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の三次元積層造形物製造装置。 - 層状に配置した粉末に部分的にエネルギを付与して、前記粉末を溶融又は焼結させ、三次元積層造形物を製造する三次元積層造形物製造方法であって、
前記粉末が溶融又は焼結される前に、粉末保持部に保持された前記粉末を予熱する予熱工程と、
前記粉末及び前記三次元積層造形物の少なくとも一方を含む対象物から放射された輻射熱を反射面により前記粉末保持部側に反射させる反射工程と、
前記反射面を有する反射膜を反射膜回収ロールにより巻き取り、新たな前記反射膜を反射膜供給ロールから繰り出して、前記反射面を更新する反射面更新工程と、
を含む三次元積層造形物製造方法。
