Abstract
Description
クエン酸は、食品では酸味料として風味をよくするために用いられるだけではなく、疲労感を軽減する等の機能から、機能性表示食品の関与成分として用いられている。機能性表示食品の関与成分として用いられるには、相当量(1日1000mg以上)の摂取が必要となり、無水クエン酸又はクエン酸水和物のみ使用した場合には、酸味が強く、特に直接摂取する場合には、様々な工夫により風味の調整を行うことが一般的である。クエン酸ナトリウム等のクエン酸塩と組み合わせ、クエン酸含量を確保することも当業者によって行われている。
(1)(A)ビタミンB1、及び(B)無水クエン酸及び/又はクエン酸水和物を含有し、(C)クエン酸塩の含有量が、(A)ビタミンB1、1質量部に対し、150質量部以下であるか、含有しない組成物であって、(B)及び(C)のクエン酸総量が、クエン酸換算で(A)ビタミンB1、1質量部に対し、450〜850質量部あることを特徴とする経口固形組成物。
(2)(A)ビタミンB1が経口固形組成物の0.01〜0.09%である(1)に記載の経口固形組成物。
(3)(B)及び(C)のクエン酸総量が、クエン酸換算で固形組成物の10%以上である(1)又は(2)に記載の経口固形組成物。

(5)(A)ビタミンB1がチアミン硝酸塩、又はチアミン塩酸塩である(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物。
(6)粉末、造粒物、及びチュアブル錠からなる群より選ばれる(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物。
(7)そのまま服用することを特徴とする(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物、

各処方(表1〜3)記載の割合にて、各成分を物理混合し、約0.2gに取り分けたサンプルを口に含み、酸味と苦味について以下の通り、パネラー2名にて評価し、平均値を算出した。
結果は、表1〜3に記載した。

2 わずかに感じる
3 感じる
4 強く感じる
5 非常に強く感じ、許容できない
(5は酸味を許容できないため、×と表記)
苦味評価:5段階
1 感じない
2 わずかに感じる
3 感じ、許容できない
4 強く感じ、許容できない
5 非常に強く感じ、許容できない
(3〜5は、苦味を許容できないため、×と表記)
(A)ビタミンB1として、チアミン硝酸塩を用いた(チアミン硝酸塩中ビタミンB1は103%含有)。
(B)無水クエン酸及び/又はクエン酸水和物として、クエン酸一水和物を用いた(クエン酸一水和物のクエン酸換算量は91%)。
(C)クエン酸塩として、クエン酸三ナトリウム二水和物を用いた。クエン酸三ナトリウム二水和物中に、クエン酸ナトリウム88%含有。クエン酸換算量は65%)。
Claims (6)
- (A)ビタミンB1、及び(B)無水クエン酸及び/又はクエン酸水和物を含有し、(C)クエン酸塩の含有量が、(A)ビタミンB1、1質量部に対し、150質量部以下であるか、含有しない組成物であって、
(B)及び(C)のクエン酸総量が、以下のi)及びii)を満たすことを特徴とする経 口固形組成物。
i)クエン酸換算で(A)ビタミンB1、1質量部に対し、450〜850質量部
ii)クエン酸換算で固形組成物の10%以上 - (A)ビタミンB1の含有量が経口固形組成物の0.01〜0.09%である請求項1に記載の経口固形組成物。
- (B)及び(C)のクエン酸総量が、クエン酸換算で固形組成物の50%以下である請求項1又は2に記載の経口固形組成物。
- (A)ビタミンB1がチアミン硝酸塩、又はチアミン塩酸塩である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物。
- 粉末、造粒物、及びチュアブル錠からなる群より選ばれる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物。
- そのまま摂取することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の経口固形組成物。
